N8 is made from premium materials and and hardware while lumia 610 is just an entry level device. BUT, yes there is a "but". Better to buy a new lumia then a second hand n8. that is for sure, at least in my opinion (ok, if the n8 looks tops and has all it's things it came with, then is better to buy the n8). Also, there are still allot of new n8 selling online, so i think you will find a new n8 somewhere if you really want it. If not, i'd say go for new. New is always better. And also, there is lumia 520. A cheap smart with better system and performance then 610...

Screen resolution on the Lumia 610 is better, touch is slightly better on the 610. The N8 has a far better camera, front facing cam, micro-sd slot, mini hdmi. Lumia 610 has a removable battery and a somewhat bigger screen. I would recommend to buy the N8 now it's still available. I bought one about 2 months ago and it's a great Phone, amazing camera. It probably has less apps compared to the Lumia 610 but who needs so many apps.

Its never late to buy N8

S . SUDHAKAR, 29 May 2013But it supports micro SIM. The greatest disadvantage.micro sim is not a disadvantage sudhakar starting with standard sim and next is mini sim,micro sim ,nano sim. it is about the size of the sim is reduced that's it.

L610 still have unstable software. pretty uncomfortable. but if your price range at 610 or N8. i suggest you to choose N8 because its more comfortable to use. very user friendly.

even i was in this dilemma..but i went for a used n8.. Look at all the opinions abt lumia n androids... I think if u r a games freak then go for android bt uf u want a simple /stable phn wid gud sound n camera n huge memory...basically a reliable phn den go 4 n8... I got mine (anna) den updated it belle n its a new phn ,cn beat ny other icrap or andvoid..lol.. And mind it it has the best camera in mobiles exept for 808.. Go for n8

So what is the big Deal If Nokia 808PV has Mirco Sim in it.Not a Big deal.I dont Understand why do you feel its a disadvantage, I think its pretty good thing atleast one of the symbian platform phone has that feature.Its pretty good.Nokia has started changing its image as compared to other phones and Brand and Nokia is Doing pretty well using Windows, But Nokia Did Wrong Ditched Symbian...!!!So my Friend If you Regret Using Nokia N8 Or Nokia 808PV Please stop Posting here< What ever Noki has Given us we are proud of It. may b ur photos are being saved in card memory... some of my photos (usually downloaded) are saved in card memory n they are not displayed in the gallery...so check out images in card memory,i have belle rfresh
