Ryan, 20 Sep 2010god sake how many times. Been put back to 22nd oct its geti... moreRyan trust me you can -I did it online and confirmed it over the phone. Just go on the upgrade bit on the link and order your N8 in what ever colour you want and whatever 18 or 24 month deal you want. They then ask you when your contact finished and what phone number you are 'upgrading'.
The website still says delivery will be last week in September

Official Nokia statement:
"The amount of preorders has exceeded our expectations and we are working hard to deliver the Nokia N8 to the market. In some markets, we had planned to start delivering the Nokia N8s to our pre-order customers by the end of September. To ensure a great user experience, we have decided to hold the shipments for a few weeks to do some final amends. We're thrilled with the response that we've had to the Nokia N8 and assure everyone who've pre-ordered it already that it'll be worth the wait! We expect consumers to get their Nokia N8s during October."

I was going to go for Android, but this really seems to be my perfect phone and has finally won me over after all these months.

They were forced to announce it too early cos of a stupid russian "journalist". That's why it has been so long, if it wouldnt have been for Eldar, it probably wouldnt have been announced till few months back.
Super AMOLED is not even an option cos Samsung does not currently supply anyone but themselves with em (they are the only manufacturers of SAMOLED). As for the CPU, it's a known decision cos it has a dedicated GPU.
Someone asking about USB OTG, yes, you can transfer any file like that as long as u have the adapter cable.

i think this phone will be out in 2016 ..! cmon nokia its been ages . How much time will you take nokia to push this phone out ! Nokia u deserve to lose ! low processor , no super amoled more over tooooooooooooo late ..! make it fast nokia ! i am tires of waiting for this phone !
