Went into cpw today.
Nokia rep that was there said there hoping to release at the end of october!
Hoping.

the new n9 is running symbian same as n8 but with more power a 1ghz snapdragon processor .... so thats a pretty sure n8 will be laggy

MarveL, 28 Aug 2010Thanks wheez, but sometimes holding the power button of my ... moreThats because the n82 uses a conventional power button. Holding the power key would instruct the os to shut down. This obviously won't work if the phone hangs.
The n8 power button however if held down for 8secs would disconnect the phone from its supply. It is completely fail proof.
