I think it will have tough fight with apple i-phone 4 s but N8 should have office editor i.e., xls, word, powerpoint

N97 has a better look, but its processor and ram are not sufficient, but in the other hand N8 has enough processor and ram, but it doesn't look as good as N97. Both f these are Symbian while N900 is Maemo. To Where is Nokia heading ?

Just read a Brilliant Article on mobile-review.com about the Current situation an Nokia,an Eldar got abit of trouble with Nokia,but he really cares about the Nokia Situation an he gives a Very Good Explanation why Nokia are losing out,but they at Nokia react so Slow to Competition an never learn from there mistakes,this is showing now with the N8,we have the iPhone4,Galaxy,an Xperia X10 but what have we got from Nokia-nothing to Compete at All,Daily Mobile as a article saying Nokia want people to Design there next Smartphone an does this show how bad things are at Nokia,if the N8 isn"t released before October-Nokia will go the same route as Motorola an want Reforming again because they have Lost It

I have read so many reports on this phone but they have all been related to the camera - whether it be HD video or capturing stills - the screen looks as amazing as my Samsung i8910 HD n the fact that this is the first Nokia touch screen phone with multi-touch n nokia no longer provide Ngage, this phone should support every game that the Iphone does which will really make it amazing, and since i love the photo quality of my n86 over my i8910 then i definitely need this 12MP beast in my possession -

dj411, 27 Jul 2010the n8 is unfortunately looking eerily seemilar to the n97 ... moreit wont be a failure like n 97 cuz it took them some time to build this one, it has the same designer as n95 so it gotta be good and on top of that the price estimated is only $500 usd...hella cheap

Nokia = fail, 27 Jul 2010It appears that the Nokia N8 is going the route of the N97.... morethe n8 is unfortunately looking eerily seemilar to the n97 in terms of how nokia is hyping it up before release, but i actually truly believe that nokia have learned their lesson with the n97. in short, i don't think they will release another unstable device (the n97 was released with pre-release software!), and if the n8 is delayed then i would think it'd be because they want to make sure it's done right. it is frustrating waiting, but hopefully this time nokia will make the wait worth it. fingers crossed.

It appears that the Nokia N8 is going the route of the N97. They will withhold it and hope to generate enough fevor to entice people to rush to buy a faulty untested piece of technology that will require tons of updates to get respectable.
The delays in releasing this product is just like the N97, now the question is, "Which fan boys/girls will go rush to buy this technology that is so unstable that the manufacturer can't seem to get it right?"

AMANITA, 27 Jul 2010Yeah N86 has a great camera ! I like N82 xenon,itz nice ! C... morei have N73 and N82 but not N86.....i would buy but is not worth my money....N73 photo samples are awesome comparing to other nokia phones for example my friend nokia 6220 (Xenon) daylight means not night mode...but 6220 vs N82 N82 won in terms of clarity and sharpeness...N73 vs N82 daylight using 3.2 megapixel both are almost the same!!!! both my phones have the latest firmware and full of symbian programms...So i though to buy N8 but i am very happy about these phones!!! I havent digital camera yet due to fantastic photo samples!!! Even if nokia N73 discontinued i still love it...and ofcourse N82!

On capacitive, you have no option left but use thumb. Resistive is kinda easy as nail does a job in case there are small virtial buttons or web links.

Bad news for nokia N8 in fans. Amazon is cancelling n8 preorders. Release of n8 is pushed back to october. Check SLASHGEAR.COM. Again nokia is making same mistake that they made with nokia N900
