If you like great video recording with great audio recording quality go for N8 (WAVE's audio recording quality cannot match N8's).

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2010I see, yea its clearly stated there the user storage is 135... more135 mb is the amount of free RAM available after we boot the phone. It indicates the phone's capability to run multiple applications at the same time. N97 has 50 mb of free memory and it can run 2 or 3 apps in the same time.

Now this wont be a problem if you dont want to download and Install N-gage, or Nokia Messaging, or Ovi Contacts or the new awesome Ovi Maps v3 on your N97. The N97 also comes with all of its Widgets pre-installed on its (d’oh) phone memory. So one way to free up phone memory would be to uninstall these widgets, then hunt for the installation files for these widgets on the Ovi Store, then re-install them to the 32GB Drive.
But geez, why make us go through all the trouble ? Would it really have hurt to have atleast 100mb of phone memory on the N97 ? Come on Nokia.

Gsm Arena list DivX and Xvid as features of N8 while Eldar Murtzain of Mobile Review say N8 does not have this features. Now guys, who is actualy correct here?

But N8 also have 16GB of internal mass storage and support up to 32GB memory card.

But where or which part show that some apps must be install in the user storage and cannot install in the internal mass storage of 16gb? Please advise.
My Samsung Innov8 also have a small portion of user memory even lesser than 135mb. But i can install everything in the internal mass storage of 8gb. So far there is not problem at all.

This is undoubtfully an amazing device, just wanted to know as the battery is inside the phone casing and can only be taken out by opening the side screws. The best part is if you open the screw to take out battery warranty of your equipment voids... so when most of the symbian phone freezes and the only way to restart the phone is taking battery then what we will be doing ????????????????????????

i like n8, hardwarewise but software? hmm i dont think so, i have n97 and i hated that piece of junk, for me symbian is symbian no matter what version, no offense guys..
