When will this phone be available in Germany? Such nice features for so cheap . . . I will use it mostly as a HDMI wifi-n server for my local network. I want to stream HIdef movies from my 8TB NAS server to my HIdef projector and plasma screen downstaires. A wifi HDMI reciever costs a arm and a leg and I don't want to stick wires in my house. I am prepared to pay up to 400Euro for it. I have a bluetooth mouse lying around and will use it to surf the net on the 54in plasma :-) I never thought one can do all of this from a cell phone ! ! ! WTF

Yawn..same old fight between nokia fans and other brands..why dont iphone and samsung fan boys go to other forums and bug them..if you dont like the n8,JUST LEAVE!nobody is comparing with your precious iphone or samsung wave..you think nokia doesnt want to put 1ghz processor into their phones?or higher resolution?if they do that, the price wont be 370 euros..they are thinking about us average joes who needs all-in-one functions phone while not costing an arm and a leg..nokia users are mostly rational thinkers

[deleted post]Ha ha no.. My next phone will be N8 or any qwerty touch screen phone from Nokia.. And I never said I know every thing but I think I know more about N8 than you.. The point you are missing that symbian^3 ui is heavily gpu accelerated.. Though Nokia is using outdated Cpu but rest of things on N8 is not outdated.

Wave is cool but the menu key in the middle feels so cheap like my samsung jet that i never would buy it

except this the wave is a very good phone with the best gpu supervr sgx 540
it has better performance than psp
but the anodized case of n8 seems also solid and when there will enough apps then its paradise
of course the resolution is low but higher than iphone 3gs

it has 209 pixel per inch ( n8)
nearly 165 pixel per inch has iphone 3 gs

more important os the gpu of the n 8
because there arent less informations about it
but after samsung jet is now ever the first priority at mobile phones the build quality

samsung jet feels like cheap plastic and that is so easy scratchable which i hope not from n8
                                :)
