And i haven't seen a good mode for belle refresh yet. Anyway, it does not matter. The quality is more then enough with 12 mp camera. To see the focus indicator (a kind of "square", cause you can see only the corners, there are no sides) You need to press the camera dedicated button just until the first click (half down) don't press it till the end. If you press it a bit, you will hear a silent click, that's the point when it's focusing. keep the button pressed like this until the red light goes off, then you will see this "square" (red= not good, green = good). When it's green, take the shot (during this process never release the button, cause you will have to take everything from the beginning). Don't use the screen touch button to shot photos in dark light. they may become blurry.

Anybody from nokia seeing this.... I am n8 owner, but my next option today would be nokia phone running android apps(probably stripped android or jolla ) over android from other makers, but android phone over W8 phone. Absolutely no medical apps on symbian/WP8!!!!!!!

We have to admit that the nokia is a looser company and this is because of Elop and its sheep commitee. Elop discard Symbian & Meego in favor of 'WP', what a shit. Even if he done this in the favor of Android I admire this but this is a decision that bring the nokia in the well. Also the board of company is responsible to follow his path.
N8 is superb set & Symbian is the best OS, but this is my last nokia device as I have a strong faith in Android as compared to WP

Symbian OS doesn't need high procesor and high ram to operate. and its efficient battery life and user interface friendly, its make a phone become a smartphone. Able to open the app and game or music and web in same time, multitask! I like cellphone with Symbian OS.

Also they plan to relese their own phones. So Nokia has to do something with the abandoned systems. If that copycrap came as a 'newborn' in the market and got so manny fans and apps, so can symian and meego/jolla. It just needs the right time to hit the market with force. Nokia is known for doing that quite good:).

Without that read light, you have no focus in darker rooms. It disables it self in bright light conditions, where is not needed. What it does? Put's the light on the room so the camera can see where to focus it's attention. Without it your camera will take only 'blind' pictures. And maybe you will have allot of them blurry or not very sharp. Also be shore when taking a pic that the 'square' in the mittle becomes green after focusing. If it's still red, try to focus again so to have the sharpest photo this phone can take.
