The estimated price is RM1600 before tax and subsidies but it will probably cost around RM1750 here, in Malaysia. So better save up^^

Although the OS leaves me luke warm (still waiting for more videos and more excitement in the home screen), there is one thing I will say about Nokia - they know how to make a phone first and foremost.
I understand Android has only really just enabled Bluetooth File Transfer, and is still bashing its brains out trying to figure out how to do Bluetooth Voice Dialing.

N8 is phone-computer, and
N900 is computer with phone!
If you like complicated phone with Linux go for N900, and
if you like funny and more simpler phone go for N8 or other!!!

Yes, that must be why I can download things like DivX player for the N95 from DivX labs and it won't work, or the way the original sports tracker, won't work, or countless other apps, won't work, because they're NOT DESIGNED FOR TOUCH SCREEN.
Have you managed to get Google Mobile working on your 5800/N97 so that it doesn't report that the phone is incompatible?

KID, 17 May 2010cant agree with you mate, cause this device is using a new ... moreI wish I could have your optimism re Symbian^3 being designed for TouchScreen. Everything looks pretty much the same to me but with a face lift. Im sure its had a lot of work under the scenes, but... eh, Im still waiting to see some videos of the messaging interface!

with the good price and spec list this powerfull the n8 will sell as much as 5800 and be a top seller,,i would put this in for smartphone of the year.
