Hi,
Nokia N8 is definatly going to be on the top. With these spec and look, it will be one of the best selling cell phone. I wish touch is equal to IPhone touch and no software problems.
Still my its going to be my next cell phone.

sammy, 09 May 2010what a slow processor! all new phones is using 1GHz. Samsun... moredeosn't need a faster processor ...it runs Symbian = low processor power consumption...THAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF SYMBIAN

People do not get that more powerful processor the more power phone needs the lesser batter life is going to be. Then more powerful processor will make phone more expensive for little or no noticeable performance gain.
Anyone dealing with computers knows that memory often provides more practical gain than processor upgrade.
Manufacturer had to balance all these considerations. Hopefully they are right. Hopefully S3 is not as power hungry as other OS and everything will work well. Time will show. Meanwhile waiting for the thing to be released, but ideally I would prefer N8 specs with N97 Qwerty keyboard. N9?

Whether or not, this Phone is good, only time will tell.
One thing is very clear, lots of people are visiting N8 page else popularity wouldn’t be 96%.
While, I am not a fan of Nokia, but this is going to be my next phone without any doubt.
If it is crap, it doesn’t even matter, because there is no phone with such high end spec currently. And till other manufacturers, don’t release them, this is going to be on top of the phones as long as specs are concerned.
Few will argue, they might think I am talking stupid, but here are the facts,
Satio –
+ Definitely, Cortex A8 600 MHz, better than A11 of Nokia N8
- 12 MP camera clicks photos at 72dpi vs 300dpi of N8( Based on sample images)
- WVGA Video recording of Satio vs 720p Video recording
Xperia/Wave/Android Desire
+ All running on 1 GHz processor though Wave has different make
- Camera of 8/5/5 MP, definitely lesser than N8
While, if you are talking about only processor, N8 is behind.
If you are talking about OS, Symbian 3 has not been released so can’t comment.
I don’t want to comment on iphone, as I think it’s a basic phone, who would like to have a phone with 3.2 MP camera, no FM radio, no file transfer with Bluetooth, itunes dependency and so on and on.
16GB on board with 32 GB additional through microSD card, no phone will even stand closer to N8.
And expected price is 370 Euros, and if it is, why would we go for 450Pounds Xperia or 399 pounds HTC desire of Iphone for that matter.

phones fan, 09 May 2010don't wait desperately for so long because that will make y... moreno buddy. i m not going to be frustrated by N8. i love every high end device for whatever good results it delivers. every mobile have good & bad side. i am damn sure that N8 camera, connectivity features(including Cool USB OTG, HDMI) definitely going to put smile on my face. rest of the features like Symbian User Interface is good or not, this will be decided after using it. its like injustice to say anything about user interface before using it. I heard that this N8 will use a Broadcom for it's GPU, is that official? if that's true, then wow, just another reason to buy this baby
an for you critics out there, just give it up will you? I'm tired of hearing you guys seems so desperate trying to point out N8 weakness, just wait till it's out, and let us see for ourselves!!
