Internet is the term used by the mobile operators to surf the internet. So use Internet access point for Internet and WAP for downloading the content.

From where you download this software's? Are you shore they are compatible with n8? You should use only safe sites, and nokia store is one of them:). Try to install some free apps from nokia store and see if this problem persist on installation. You need to make an account on the store, if you don't have one, before downloading. IF persist, then... fallow my older post on how to format your phone and reinstall firmware.

Anonymous, 14 Oct 2012thanks 4 ur help. i would really luv 2 increase the RAM, ph... moreNormaly all your messages are in phone memory, at older phones you could change the path of your messages to memory card, but symbian^3 doesn't have this option, so it must be in phone memory (drive C:). There can be allot of things why does this happen in your phone so i cannot tell what it is for shore! You should just follow what i've said, and format your phone. I'm pretty shore this problem will disappear. Just don't backup messages anymore, just contacts and that's it. DElete and format all :). Your phone will be back to life. With the other things you asked for... if you really want to go there you can try a custom firmware (the only problem is that is not 100% safe, as official one is). I say that official one is very fast, or fast enough for me if you know how to maintain it. I gave to people here some advises on how to maintain a good working system. Is better for you not to do this if... morethanks 4 ur help. i would really luv 2 increase the RAM, phone memory, n the processor speed if possible, but as of now the problem is that the phone memory gets full so fast. the main culprits that use up my c drive r
1) messaging occupies close to 120 mb though i have not 1 msg in my inbox, outbox, sent items or anywhere else.
2) SIS applications close to 90 mb
3) other files close to 40 mb
everything else is in kbs. what r these msgs n where r they stored? do help me increase the RAM, phone memory, n the processor speed if possible.

You cannot connect a standard HDMI socket directly to the phone, it is quite obvious!:P. The HDMI cap has this cracking problem in all n8's. Unfortunately... i didn't knew when i bought it so i tore mine to. Most of the caps crack where h ends and d starts. So if you are careful on how you open it, it would not crack. Ok now is to late:)).

From 1 day with heavy usage ( 4 hours talk, 1 hour internet during talk, music, etc. at least in my phone:) to 3 days with normal usage (20 min phone call per day, 4-5 sms, some photos maybe, some music).

Its great disadvantage is it has not Nepali or Hindi fonts. I had bought it from India but it's lower outer body case(near charging point) was cracked..... After then it's Hdmi jack case was also found slightly cracked. I became very disappointed at this matter.Also it's hdmi adaptor doesn't match with laptop or Tv...
