its a great phone.my husband owns one.i have a question though.hope i get some reply.what if a number of messages from a person shows in the inbox but doesnt shows in the conversation folder?i guess its because the sent items were deleted.can i still recover deleted messages?tnx

Its a phone with class never used it before but the specification and features are mind blowing. Though its high in price am bound to have it. Dont mind if someone can give it to me. I LOVE THIS PHONE !!!

Unfortunately, my N8 just died after the warranty expires, and it will cost me 80% of a new N8 to repair it... by the way, my N8 is one of the pre-ordered ones, that might be the reason that the hardware was faulty.
Symbian is ok specially Anna.
After being a solid Nokia user for more than 7 years, I am now a proud Iphone 4s owner because of my bad experience on N8.

best software of video calling is FRING! But video call is available on 3G and WIFI.

n8 after almost 2 years to me is still one of the best....build quality ... true multitasking smart phone ..... i luv dis phone man.... planning to get a spare for future archives ..... and ppl try out xeon cfw 3.3.1 ..... it simply just rocks .... n8 to da world still.. symbian to da world

There are thousands of faulty iphones and samsung, why nobody complains about that? wanna know why? Because sheeps don't complain only if all sheeps start to complain. So for me, your point of view about n8 is as lame as the ios interface. Symbian maybe dying now, maybe! And that's only because nokia management was chaotic. This my dear has nothing to do with the system, which, by the way, before the chaos started was in fact increasing sales by almost 8 percent. At that time they were having 39 percent stable on the market share, quite allot, don't you think? I'd say that people were paid to take down the nokia brand so can the sh*t brand phones sale, so can the iphone take some market share. This is my conspiracy. But don't be so proud of your beloved apple, cause this guys here, without microsoft, would have been dead and buried by now, and not just once but two times, interesting no? Taking the so called high quality device in consideration. Anyway, let's stick to nokia! What falls down must come up. In other words, symbian is still the moast stable system on the market. With a proper management, a good kick in the interface,which for me is much better than android right now, nokia is soon to take life. All that nokia has to do is to start maipulate the flock of sheeps as the others have done, and the sales will start.

Hi, for everyone whose n8 is lagging please download NetQin Mobile Security from the link and install.
Open the app goto "SYS Optimization" and click "Optimize" and the lagging goes away. For more speed you can goto "Boot acceleration" and disable all the start-up apps.

He was complaining about "hanging, freezing,etc...)" while he was keeping stored in memory hundreds and hundreds of emails and he was wondering why it happens!!!

Norton hack is a method of cracking your phone so you can install any unsigned apps in your phone but beware of it because it can bring some problems on your phone when you update the phone OS so be careful with that
