      This phone is a Monster. Features like DLNA, TV HDMI Out, 12 Mp camera, never ending battery life. These are features that not even the best smartphones of today's generation have. Having these features in a phone released in 2010 its like being ahead of time. Have been using it since last 3.5 yrs. If Symbian wont have shut down, this device would still have been rocking.

        very nice phone i use mine for traveling abroad
        battery last long time, and very good on reception.
        galaxy note 4 ,iphone 5 , both failed on reception in my house but the nokia n8 gets the reception 4/4 bars can make and receive calls all on the same network.

I did a little research and this is the only thing I found http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum/showthread.php?p=486416#post486416 it looks like it will play 4 GB videos for one person, but not 2 GB videos for another person, probably a codec problem and it would take longer to convert the movie than to watch it on PC. If you tried more files and it was the same for all of them, well, I'd just give up and watch 720p videos. Sorry.

                              My 808 pureview is not playing (also unable to : rename, move or delete) any MP4 files of 2GB or more.

                              I am using Sandisk 64 GB U1 class 10 memory card that is formatted with FAT32 using FAT32 formatting tool in my laptop. May I know why?. Any solutions?.

                                    Yeah,it ended up a sad story!I lost my n8 couple of days ago.i never bagged down when i was stil using my silver safe against apple phones,it was the best hope i get another one soon

                                      I have a second hand N8 with mint condition, and I'm so impressed with the model, materials, and built in quality of this phone. I also flashed my phone with costum firmware and it runs faster on every single things than the original stock firmware from Nokia (No hang, no lag). My N8 is still rock in 2016 onward. Proud of it guys...!

                                        I never forget my journey with my n8 . It makes me pride when im using in public place every one notice the silver colour in my hand with amazing flash camera .nowdays im using iphone6 plus. Im not satisfied with this phone . I hope nokia will soon relase another smartphone with great camera and other . Wish it. Will be next update of 1020. Love nokia
