Hi, I have deleted some files in settings-installations-already installed due to the display. This display is very often showing phone memory full :delete or move some of the files from C drive. So that i did the above said. Now i could not see captured/ downloaded images in Gallery. But it is stored in some folder in E drive. How can i see the pictures from gallery. Suggestions please....

You can get apps from Opera store or AppList, and if you hack the phone you can install unsigned apps from other sources, so there's no need to register anything. :-)

One my friends is ready to sell his Nokia PV 808, Its almost new and it is genuine. If I buy that phone, how can I register the phone as I dont have Nokia account and I cant create a new Nokia account as it is shut down. Need help...

Nokia n8 is best handset in the world and very successful set made by nokia Its camera is very gud and beat all best camera phones but 2015 nokia is dead and symbian Phones are no value in market I bought s dous 2 And dous2 camera is better than N8

I will purchase the 808.there are some people using android but they only benefit from whatsapp, viber and skype. And 808 can do it all. I hope is secure to order it from amazon or ebay.

And does it have a nicer speed.It's much faster, but has the same apps as N8. 808 was released as a "glorious goodbye to Symbian" before Nokia went completely Windows. Honestly, having an 808 or N8 is (as I said before) like owning, driving and maintaining an old BMW. Sure, you can buy a brand new small Kia or a small Peugeot for the same money, but it's not the same feeling.

Watc... moreKeep in mind it's a 2010 phone with a weak processor for today's standards and it can't do many "modern smartphone" things. Nokia Store is gone and you have to get apps from alternative sources (AppList works like Nokia Store though, and it has the basics). For internet there's only Opera Mini and UC Browser, you can download files with them. Default browser is pretty much rubbish. You can read pdf, although on a 360x640 display it's more for emergency, but I have a few e-books in it. Most YouTube apps don't work any more, but Opera Mini or UC will open a YouTube video in lower quality. Some chat apps are still supported (WhatsApp, Viber, Hike, Nimbuzz, Fring). GPS works fine, even offline, and maps were updated this year (by Here people, not by Nokia). There is a video editor built-in, I didn't try it too much, but it's good for emergency. As for camera, it's still one of the best out there, and one of the few phones with real Xenon flash. The same for video, you can record HD with stereo sound. I hope this helps. For my needs it's perfect (after customizing the interface, these days I mostly only need Opera Mini and camera), and I don't feel like I'm missing much, but all people are not the same. :-)

I bought my N8 second hand, it was already a few years old, scratched and a screw was missing like someone was repairing it or trying to open it (I got another screw)... Two and a half years later, with almost 300 apps in it, after thousands of photos taken, it still works. I only had to replace the battery, found one on GearBest for 3 Euro or so, works fine. It's a Nokia. Right now it's 35 days since the last reboot (I have an app called "UpTime" which tells me that).
