The first link was dead, so apologies for that. But the second link will download the original SIS file when the app was first created by the developer. As such, it is self signed by the QT development team so you will get a warning message on your phone when trying to install it. The warning message is something like "Application untrusted, may damage the phone", or words to that effect. You can safely ignore the warning this time and I guarantee it's authenticity.
Normally, I wouldn't install an application when receiving that warning message but I did check the certificate and it is a genuine self signed certificate from a trusted source.

Dear N8 lovers, i too love my N8.
Most of you worried about hanging.
While hanging, all told abt going for hard reset by pressing 4 keys simultsneously.No need.
My N8 also rarely hanged ,tat time i pressed both POWER KEY &MENU KEY few seconds for restart.simple method without loosing anything. Plz post feedbacks.

C7 is also one of the very capable phone available in Market. As Nokia N8 is 1.3 yrs old better go for C7

Hi Ray,
I tried both limks for Cute Tube. First nothing happened. Second good link but unsigned app., certificate not passed. I bypassed both (changed the installation setting) but still saying dangerous application will destroy your phone.

Day, 22 Jan 2012I hate it , return to phoneshop it alway hang and touchscre... moreguess you bought yourself a Chinese imitation dud, they are the ones that behave like that, you end up hating Nokia for nothing. either that or you do not have a Nokia N8 period. I know cause the N8 is awesome and beats many a smartphone in the same league

You have to switch off the phone first, then press those three buttons & power on the phone, that is the "suicide reset". To restart your phone when it is stuck, just press and hold the Power On/Off key for 8 seconds, it will vibrate 3 times & restart. Ray, I too have done hard reset/three finger reset/suicide reset a few times (while in PR 1.2). Yes, the Ovi Maps was gone, but my Social & Ovi Store was there. But I could easily restore Maps by downloading it from the Ovi Store. I don't know the reason for the exception, but it happened like that.

Hey Guys... m facing a problem in my N8 device with Anna OS from Last couple of days...
I am not able to call specific nos. from my cell.
On contacting the operator, they said there is no probs from there side.
I haven't changed any settings of my fone... no call barring & CUG set to default (65535)..
Can anybody plz let me know where does the prblem lies ?

i am using the new nokia n8 symbian belle phone.
It is the best. Its camera is very good, it has a large screen(3.5), a good front camera,when i play the 720p hd videos in its amoled,
just awesome.
I think nokia will realease the windows n8.

Today makes it exactly one week since I bought this handset and I have no regrets.
Running on Symbian Anna OS and while it may not be on par with Android or IOS, it is still very smooth, feature packed and easy to use. I'm anxiously awaiting belle to take it up a notch.
BTW if you didn't already know... the camera is awesome!

Not only can you watch YouTube videos, you can also download and upload videos too. The quality of the videos is about as good as it gets on the N8.
