        Dear all who're wondering what are the differences between Anna & Belle,

        1) Belle Notification Bar
        It's a great step ahead. You get a notification pull down bar from the top - See the screen shots in the below link - it's like in android, provides key short cuts to basic few features like Bluetooth, Network connections, wifi etc..

        2) Widgets
        You can add many widgets to your home screens which has several shapes & sizes unlike anna widgets. (Weather widgets, Music player widgets, News widgets, 3G on/off widget, wifi on/off widget, bluetooth on/off widget, favorite contact widgets, maps widgets etc..)

        3) You can have as many as 10 home screens
        (It's good to have this feature but actually not that useful.. Eg: I'm only having 4 home screens..)

        4) Home screen & Menu in the same process
        This is quite useful because RAM management has been so much better now and navigating between home screen & menu has been so much smoother and sleeker.

        5) Improved OVI Maps
        Including satellite navigation, better multi touch & more country maps

        6) Improved web browser
        But still I don't like it. I always use Opera Mini

        7) Three button at the bottom of home screen & menu instead 2 buttons in anna
        There's a search button in the middle

        8) Split screen text input
        The keyboard appears with the input text itself. (Half keyboard & Half application interface..) This is a very later arrival to symbian and I'm glad at least now we have it.. (But for some programs it doesn't always work.)

        9) Improved camera interface
        But I still prefer to use 'CameraPRO' application instead

        10) Improved kinetic scrolling

        Most of the applications which work in anna will work in Belle as well. And as for the statement 'whether Belle get installed in Mass Memory instead phone memory?' No.. That's not happening.. (And will Never happen.. Symbian OS needs NAND memory which is way too faster than Mass Memory. But I got free space of 220 MB in phone memory after fresh installation of belle.)

        Belle is faster, smoother and gives you a definitely better user experience than any other Symbian OS has give so far. I can assure that.

            hi, I've done updating the firmware to the latest v.25.007 anna...after updating all the update 1 & 2, i found that my play via radio ( FM TRANSMITTER ) went missing from my N8, i already reboot to its original factory setting, to dismay, its still not there...previously it was there and i enjoying listening songs thru it via my car stereo..can anyone pls help me....

              dear sir simbian auna software ok but writing key pad is very small i dont like it pls update this problem sir then other wise ok

                I usually keep around 6 to 8 GB free and don't suffer any slow down in my phone. I haven't got a clue if Belle will move data from C: to mass memory because I'm not running Belle on my N8. Maybe someone else who has installed Belle can answer that question.

                      very nice phone so far i used s6o symbian before but it is totally different nice os but its lags some time compare to andriod. performance wise compare with camera and other app its best

                            You are correct that having only 2 GB left of your mass memory is the cause of the slow down. You will need to transfer some data from mass storage to another location such as a PC or an SD card.

                                      Hi ray how are you just wanted to know after the update from anna my phone has become very slugish when it works its a beauty but when its starts hanging there is no end to it. my phone internal memory is 72.5 mb and mass storage is 2 gb would that be the problem can belle update resolve the issue thanks in advance.
