I'm using N8 for 11 months, it's the best ever phone, with 32G micro SD, and flash memory of 32G, fast GPS, fast WLAN, the only disadvantage is the bad projection of the rmvb video files

This usually happens when Nokia's servers are busy. The only thing you can do is to keep checking daily. Bear in mind that Ovi suite will only let you check for updates once per day.
Ray.

ajay, 18 Oct 2011for camera ? just buy Kodak From 50$ to USD 100 between 12-... moreI beg to disagree. Carrying a mobile and a phone separately impairs mobility. The reason why camphones exist is to solve this. Besides, N8's price is estimated to drop: http://writerjj.hubpages.com/hub/Nokia-N8-review-not-so-cheap-anymore

When the N8 finally gets the official Belle update, people will forget all about nokia's windowsPhone devices. The N8 will be all they will need for a few more years.

Just by checking the specs on this phone I am totally mindblown by its abilities. The latest and best versions of bluetooth, symbian, and even class 33 edge and gprs! I NEED ONE!!!!!

I dont think symbian had bad user experience. The interface is friendly and quite efficient. The problem is its been there for many years, people got bored looking/using it. Then they translate this boredom into bad user experience of symbian os.

Dorable, 18 Oct 2011My N8 refuses to charge ad the battery is completely down. ... more@ Dorable
Depending on which region you're in the warranty period for the battery is between six months (Europe), 12 months (Australia), 12 months (Middle East and Africa) 12 months (USA).
So, if you're in a region other than Europe Nokia should be repairing your phone under warranty.
There is a last resort method to try and revive the N8 and is known as the "three fingered suicide or reset".
It is not recommended to use the "three finger" reset (pressing volume down + camera key + menu key and pressing power button) to hard reset your N8. Doing this will delete some applications (Ovi Store, Ovi Maps, some preinstalled widgets) which might not be able to be restored. If the device cannot be properly restored, take it to a Nokia Care point for reflashing to get the original applications back in the device.
Also be aware that all personal data will be wiped from the phone as well.
All the best.
Ray
