Nokia E7 has 1 GB ROM while N8 has only 512 MB ROM while E7 has 8 MP Camera and N8 has 12 MP Camera and all other Features are same I am confused which to Choose...

Borat, 12 Jun 2011Actually, you can record your phone calls without beep on N... moreRecording without beep is available in LG KM 900 and you don't have to install anything to enjoy this facility.....Lg KM 900 has all the features but it is slow and the metal body heats up....I cant get rid of this mobile because of the music....awesome is the only word that can define it....worst part is I cant find any accessories for this mobile...I broke the head phone and the screen guard is too old...I cant get either one of them.....:(

will 32GB affect the speed and accuracy of the phone, planning to buy a 32gb on my N8 but scared that will affect the performance of my phone....

[deleted post]u hav to remember with all new products and tech there will always be issues. give it a few firmware updates and all should be fixed. that's why i waited about 6 months before i got my n8, gave nokia a chance to update it's software to iron out the bugs in original firmware. Been researching Anna eta end of July for symbian3 phones. so until then just wait patiently everyone.

raj, 12 Jun 2011there is problem of one and more white circular spot in pho... morewell the white spots are due to the dust that is present on your phone lens, try to clean your lens and then try again cheers

Anyways if you like a bigger screen with the convenience of having a hardware keyboard,,,you might wanted the e7,,,yet the camera on the n8 is outstanding in terms of specs,having the 12mp and autofocus. i guess the rest is pretty much the same though.

raj, 12 Jun 2011there is problem of one and more white circular spot in pho... moreActually, you can record your phone calls without beep on N8 now. Just use Root certificate hack and then apply RomPatcher3 with no beep hack. These hacks were made by russian programer CODeRUS and you can find them on Daily Mobile forum. Next thing you have to do is installing SymbRecorder V5.20 (you can find it on N8fanclub.com), enable beep supression mode one in this app and voila, your N8 (or any other Symbian3 phone) will record phone conversations without beep on both sides. (Of course, this is possible only on so very critisized Symbian, no beepless phone recording on any other smartphone platform is possible)
And one more thing.. about those white dots during night photos taking. This white dots are sometimes caused by small particles in the air - xenon flash is powerful and the light bunces back into the image senzor from some of this particles, causing "white spots" in the picture. It's the nature of the beast, not defect.
