nokia should close n8 and make n8-01 with specifications:-12 mp camera,1ghz processor and 4'0 inch screen and rest same as n8........

i got nokia n8....i am from pakistan,karachi...
it is great set ...it has got everything ....i can say that noone like it....it a complete set....

Vivaz hasn't no gpu, slower processor, lower camera, nobody needs smile detetcion, if you got continuous face detection,and which village on earth are you from to stuck with singled touch lousy devices like x10 & vivaz.do yourself a favor and don't embarass yourself. Cheers...even arc failed to compare with n8 search on youtube by youself and cry alone noobie : P

oh and the 12mp, which many mobile reviewers say is a 9mp camera interpolated into 12mp camera, which doesnt even got smile detection...for gods sake why the heck one would buy n8??? go for vivaz,if android buy htc desire or xperia x10

its just a 9mp camera interpol... moreActually you have been mistaken. The Nokia N8's CCD camera sensor has a 4:3 ratio, thus taking 9MP shots (16:9) actually crops the top and bottom of the photo. Setting the resolution to 12MP uses the whole sensor, and that is why its in a 4:3 ratio. This is the reason why the rumours are there and i dont mind if nokia uses a 9mp or 12mp cam we just want high clearity images with 4000X3000 resolution and N8 gives it that is what i and we people are proud of it...

This is wasting of resources energy time & effort!!! Nokia save all your money & focus on producing the best non-defect quality phone in the world. If I want 8MP camera then I'd rather buy C7. You don't have to manufacture this kind of phone. I don't know if this is an upgrade or downgrade or a device for confusing the customers!!! Upgrade of CPU (700mhz) downgrade of camera 8MP & HDMI port was removed.!!!!
