Guys, please stop this "Symbian dying" rant.. Your phone will still continue to work normally. I also use an N8...
And secondly, it is such a mature OS, that if you give it a faster processor and more RAM, it will give ALL FEATURES @ FULL SPEED of UI.
Damn, some current Android versions doesn't even have Video Calling support.
Guys, I don't think Symbian will be updated to another OS. It has never happened.

u all duffer n8 has autofocus. open the camera than gentelly press the camera key do not press it completely just press it half way gentely.after that a red light will glow and a green box will appaer on the sreeen thats the autofocus

No N8 wont Come with Windows, But will have alot of updates for symbian 3^ throught 2011 ~ Rock it

Phone takes poor images .deffiantely not 12 megapixel looking photos
You cant take the battery out when the phone freezes .
this phone has the wrost vibration in silent mode.it vibrates for half a second and thats it.i have missed many calls in silent mode on this phone.
Nokia ovi store is expensive.. i dont see why i should pay for apps when im using there product.

a good news for nokia n8 users after few months there will be a update for your nokia n8. after the update your mobile will get windows 7 os and u will be able to use both symbian 3 and windowns os. m not jocking its true information

bought n8 at 7.30pm yesterday.....n now its 2.30pm overhere!!!! I WOULD SAY THIS PHONE IS SIMPLY AWESOME.....n the camera quality isn't like real 12mp camera but according to a phone...IT'S QUALITY IS SUPERB.
it hanged once...when i was inserting my sim again n again...!!!!
otherwise the phone is workin like ma laptop.
i conneccted mouse etc.. wich work perfectly..
n the best thing is the fm transmittor n HDMI support!!
the gravity sensor is same like iphone4

The Mobile Nokia N8 Is Very Fantastic ,,,
but There is Alos some defect on The Interior Parts Also,Its Internal Memory Is very Low so My Suggetion to You That ,,,Please ,,,INcrese It Because I am A Person Who Speed Of ,,,100 G.B Whice Is Compare to Japan Normal Handset And also I Was found that it is usefull for Just Playing Game and ,,,
