N8 price in South Africa is R5500 . I bought mine for that and it was totally worth it . I had a Samsung wave but due to the lack of apps I went back to Nokia .

A lot of games are now free in ovi store...angry birds, assassins creed, sims 3,spiderman total mayhem, etc

nearly 1500 pages. i visit here quit a lot and just one example arkane if you post a negative post he will list where N8 is better
RDCA again lists that are in specs. today a list tomorrow a list, why? I can list the difference of where the N8 beatS the Iphone4 but if people come in day in day out, boo hoo. you want 12mp or 5mp? i don't know boo hoo boo hoo
if they still don't not know maybe the N8 is not the phone for them. ENOUGH WITH THE LISTS

But does the gps work here ... moreYes update first the ovi maps of the phillippines using ovi suite, or download all country you want to add to your device,, To avoid Any Extra charge load to your network are you using its better to disable all connection Except the Integraded GPS, How? Go to setting Application+Position method-disable all network except the integraded GPS....
