Does anyone have this phone on Orange UK and what is the famously annoying Orange Homescreen like? I have a 3230 branded with Orange homescreen over the Symbian and its awful..

i need an advic. form these two phones which is better a nokia n80 or samsung d900? also wot is HSCSD? please i really need some advice and an explanation for tha above. thanks

Think the N80 has wireless internet, free internet in a hotspot. Also the n80 has a mulyiply task maneger, 3mp camara, supports formats up to mp4. The reboot issue can acually save your phone from real damage. Like a computer (which is 100 times more capable) will also reboot under strain. But it does have a poor battery life and that bothers me abit about my n80 but the are more advantages than disadvantages.

the best mobile in the n seris the wi fi speed is great n the camera too but it works to slow the scree is very small in all its the king of mobiles better than n73 n91 n 93

to Giorgio doz N80 have a good speakers wich makes a good noisy sound??

It is so obvious that N80 is the king of mobiles. Just take a look at the ratings....30092 people voted (so far) and it is at the 1st place!

Maybe you are right, but dont forget that N80 was announced at almost the same time with N9..series and N7..series. Think of how many new phones has been released in those series and officially for N8..series only N80!
Thats why N80 is the king of mobiles till now! :)

I have this phone (version 3. Some thing) from the last 4 weeks and i have no problem at all except battery drain after 12 hours but why not, i play with this phone after every hour and i have no doubt to say this phone is the king of all mobiles because i am the most experience user of nokia symbian phones. I also condem the review of N73, because all reviewe of it is stolen from the review of N80. I say no phone have resolution and style like N80 and this is the king, N73 could be Queen. Those who are with me, Response.....

Not impressed. Full of features but not user friendly. Very slow through menu. I would even swop someone for a 6230i. For someone with a lot of time who has time to play with electronics. Not for a business owner.

@Giorgio: From what I've heard N81 will be out in 1st quarter of 2007... It's announced that N81 will have 4MP camera and 4GB HDD... I can't wait :)
I have N80 and memory capacity is no problem for me, but having 4GB HDD mounted is way too much... way to perfect :)

N80 screen resolution: 352x416 pixels.
N95 screen resolution: 240X320 pixels.
Did you notice that from all the N-Series only N80 has not a successor yet? I mean N81, N82 or something...?

That is the strategy from Nokia to be the number one handset seller in the world.

Don't be afraid to try to use another brand. Nokia product is not always the best. Some other brands has more functionality and capability with the same price.
The important thing is we wait for some months for high tech handset,because normally the software problem is better. And also read the forum so you're ready with bad and good things from your handset.

The nokia n80 is a good phone except for horrible battery life. The browser is very good except it crashies when loading big pages ,nokia will have to consider putting more RAM and ROM IN their smartphones to have the ultimate smartphone. Also they could have had a better sliding mechanism,i hope that they have improve this problem in the upcoming n95

I got the N80 the week it came out! I was really excited about it with all the great features. I was very very disapointed in the software speed!!!!! I end up waiting 5-10 seconds (sometimes longer) for menues to load!!! Back to the drawing board Nokia! I hope you improve on this because I am switching brands!
