Does anyone know, is the phone very lagggy?? My friend had N70 and whenever he open or reply a msg he will have to wait quite a few seconds. Does it happen to this phone too??

hey whats up guys ,
this is a question for the ppl that own an n80 handset is it quick , coz i work at an optus dealer and i find the n70 and n91 a lil slow when configuring customers handsets

Got mine from HK couple of day ago,such a nice 3G phone and affordable(HKD4500.00=USD555.00),only drawback is just the batterry life but to cover it I'd paid another HKD120.00 for a second battery and a desktop charger,mine is Black,personally I like te Black one better than the Silver coz it looks good and feels smaller and different with the old N70.Overall it's a best 3G around for that sort of money,remember it's a phone not a PC so don't expect too much from it(it gives us more than enough anyway).For the Oz folks,the phone will be available in August-06 and the stiker will be AUD995.00(available in Silver only).

yeah, good phone indeed, if only u can leave its battery... i mean, what's the use of all this feature without proper battery???? can you do wifi, pnp, radio, use 3mp camera, browsing using minimap browser, email, etc, etc, when your battery flat in a day or less?? eslecially since many of you mention about wifi, od you know that the n80 battery will be flat after usage of wifi less then 3-4 hours? sigh...

Great phone with a lot of features! Navigating the web can be hard since there is no touch screen function, the battery life is very short, and the multi-directional key is hard to use which always causes you to hit the keys arround.

I got the N80 like a few months ago now. Oh dear.. it keeps turning off without reason when switching between camera and video, closing programs too fast, switching mp3's, or doing any multi-tasking, etc.. sliders getting shitty along with the battery life, navigation getting slow. i loved the phone when i first got it but reliability just like most other nokia smart phones is terrible. I'd never have anything similar from nokia again.

lol so u think it only has 1 gud featur? it has wi-fi, UPNP, 3.2MP cam, drag and drop, macro mode, sync with WMP 10, also dnt forget that symbian os is a featur in its self! as 4 music quality u must have got a "BAD" set, the sound quality is great!

You can dowload hundreds of new features to N80 thats what the symbian is for, no need to complain about missing features.

well i have recently purchased this ph i think though it has a 3.00 mp camera.this the only good feature i can find in this ph.
the sound quality is not so well as i thought of.

n80 crap??? pmpl, show me a fone thats out there that beats the n80? u cant, there isnt 1, maybe the SE P990 can stand up to n80 but that isnt out yet! also if u think n80 is huge the P990 will b massive compared to n80!

To all N80s users: What files are supported by the N80. Because i tried downloading ".sis" file and it says file not supported. So do any of you know what to do?
What kind of softwares work with the N80? Let me know thanks.
