Just been stung by these guys at http://www.mobilerainbow.co.uk/ They have jerked me about for a week accepting my order and after being in touch yesterday and today to check progress they now tell me that they are out of stock for foreseeable future. Ouch... 2 things, first watch out for these scum buckets and secondly, please, please, anyone HELP!!! I need a phone it must be the N80 Silver or Black on contract 100min/100txt are there any legitimate outlets, high street, UK especially.

singtelshop.com.sg has start selling n80 at S$938 for 2 yrs plan (S$908 after midnight) and S$1138 without contract

To San,the screens are exactly the same sizebut on N80 everything looks much sharper due to resolution.And about the applications,i*ve just found that they are not compatible with symbian 3-rd edition,but they have to be developed in the near future.

N70 and N80 have EXACTLY the same size screens, HOWEVER, the N80 has a QVGA screen, meaning that FOUR times the amount of pixels are fitted onto the screen/its got four times the resolution of the N70 screen.
This means that things look better/no jagged edges, etc....

N80 is a really Gr8 Phone by Nokia Till Date but With the Spy Pics of N83 (AWSUM FEATURES) I think THe Company is out to prove Dat They are d Best in Buisness!!! Wonder wat wud SE fans have 2 say About THe N83-the God of All Phones!!! Nokia Rulez

Can any N80 owner tell me this phone hav auto focus ? mean press haft first to focus then press all to take a photo.....?
And any1 can tell me the best price of this phone in malaysia ? the wifi can connect to home wireless router and access to internet???

which screen is bigger? N70 or N80????
pics show when N80 is just NEXT to N70 that the N80's screen is bigger. is it???
i hope it is or the slide thing would be useless cause whats good in slide phones, a bigger or larger space for the screen.

this phone do not have voice over IP (voip). Does it means that this phone cannot be used as skype phone when skype releases its symbian version?

not liking the response of the bottom row of keys very poor (zero) in particular, makes texting a chew on. otherwise not a bad phone. free handset 20 quid a month 12 month contract. nice;) i think the only other thing that is a chore at the mo is i cannot get a picture that is in portrait mode as my wallpaper it keeps on rotating it to landscape, very naff.

This is my second day with my brand new silver n80,and i can tell you that is a very nice phone smaller than i thought.Compared to n70 that i*ve had before it has a better camera,screen and wifi.The unit it seems to me faster than N70 and it came preloaded with settings for internet,mms and e-mail wich is a good thing.I also like that the package included the audio adaptor which allows you to use any type of headphones.The plastic is the same type used in N70 but the finish is better.So i am very pleased,except for one thing,some third part applications can not be installed and i don*t know who*s fault is,phone or the symbian OS.

N80 is the second best phone after N83.
N91 has been flopped and Nokia must be very sad about it as it had high expectations assiciated with itself.

Hello, I would Like to know from the owners of these handset i.e. Nokia n80. I read that here that there is some problem in installing application in nokia n80 is that really so and how is the overall handset. In how much it is available (Use $ (US)or Euro). Please do tell me the applications which are compatibe and incompatible with this elegant handset.

still probs gona get the n80 and then i have a hard decision of what to upgrade to as im tied between the n83 then and the n93(probs be a year before they are out)..i like n83 for camera if real and the n93 for the fact that u can move screen around...esp on its side intrests me.
