Nokia n80 will 110% for sure be released for USA Cingular in July of 2006. I went to the Cingular store and she showed me on her computer.

No, it doesn'y have an equilizer. It really doesn't matter. This is the best phone ever.

This won't be released until the next 2-4 months though. All the rumours are false. I confirmed from a Nokia Priority Dealer.
            Enjoy the wait...Cheers!!!

                To Aberdeen:

Perhaps you mean "already shipped" in the Philippines. Because before it will be available, it has to go through the National Telecommunications Commission inspection first before properly distributing to legitimate mobile phone dealers. When the units reached the shelves, then that is when people can properly say they are already "available".

                  To Aberdeen:

When you say "available" it should obviously mean technically available for the people to buy already.

I think that's how "available" is defined in the proper context.

I noticed that people coming from Asia seem to have the N80 for sale over there already now. How is it then that, for example on www.nokia.com/asia, the Philippines will get the N80 soon and yet there are people talking about the N80 as if it is already on the market? I saw a brand new pre-production model of the N91 (assuming) in a restaurant here in Helsinki and I went up to the young lady to ask where she had gotten her phone from and surprise, surprise she happened to be working for Nokia telecommunications in Finland. What I am trying to say is that all good things for those who can wait, just a little bit longer. By the way, U lucky people in Asia, the N80, when it is released here in Finland the N80 is expected to cost including vat. around 665 euros. So there, peace :)

Looks great. But a friend of mine recently perchased it, and . . . BIG let down. its huge and bulky. The camera is not a patch on the K740 let alone the K800. The operating system is very good and easy to use. The camera is questionably not as good as lower spec megapixel cameras of nokia. You may think i ame being bias but i thought it was gong to be fantastic. Well i thought wrong :<

yea, i read a post on the nokia site about the release of the nokia n80 . it isgoing to be released in 2 weeks into certain countries in europe. that post was from like last week. so the phone should be expected to come out around april 20-2...?
they had to delay the release because of some minor problems, (i think some bugs but im not positive.) so plz stop making posts saying "oh, the n80 is out in some countries, those are fake sh*t and u can go ahead and wqaste ur money on it. im gonna wait until the OFFICIAL release to get my phone so that way if there are any problems, i have it covered.

To all persons griping about the delay of this and other nokia models please refer to the following statement:-
"Because the devices are pocketable computers, we need to make sure of the software,"
Nokia Multimedia division spokesman Kari Tuutti
Would you rather have a phone quickly with tons of software bugs or wait for the finished product to be more stable?
Think people!! Stop bitching like little brats!!
If the phone were released with bugs, you people would be the first to come on here and say Nokia rushed the release, they shoulda taken more time to test the phones!!
                                    Can't win with you people.

available in the philippines means that it is in the country and is yet to be distributed to mobil phone dealers....
for retailing and official release of introductory price in the market...

Hi everybody this is satish chauhan from India,i have seen the N80 on the internet site every person likes these handset because of his features, but my opinion is that, there are some disqualities like the width of these handset is "26"mm which is too much and also they is no features of AAC/MPEG4.
