Ssc7, you forgot to mention poor screen resolution at n70 – only 176x208 vs. n80 - 352x416

Not better than the N70?? It has WLAN, thats a big difference right there. Also, a much bigger/higher res screen makes a big difference too. I'd pay more than $100 for just that, and add in the better camera and smaller size that you mentioned and its no contest.

What's wrong with you people who keep asking about the EBay sales of the N80. I'm not trying to be rude, but I don't understand. The fact of the matter is, either three things are being "sold" on EBay as a N80. One, no phone at all, so basically you give up your money, and the person disappears (I would say you deserve this if you try and buy it off EBay right now). Two, the phone was a "BETA" phone that is currently being tested, in which case, it is not complete and you are going to have problems (once again, I would say you deserve this if you try and buy it off EBay right now). Third, the phones are stolen, in which case, it is illegal to buy stolen good, and if your caught, you guessed it... I would say you deserve this if you try and buy it off EBay right now. So, the moral of the story is STOP ASKING ABOUT THE EBAY SALES, THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF POSTINGS ON THIS FORUM ABOUT WHY YOU SHOULDN'T DO IT, BUT IF STILL WANT TO DO IT, THEN KISS YOUR MONEY GOOD-BYE!!!

very nice mobile, good for nice pictures & more capacity for mp3 songs to load in...
only thing is that if it comes with inbuilt 2 to 4 GB memory card, then will be nice to use.

it doesn't work but you can enter the nokia site,go to the regional europe site at compare phones and pick n71,n92 and n80 and look at imaging-video capture and you'll see that they all have 15 fps.

digital zoom is a joke, the quality just gets worse and worse
the n70 is pretty much the same phone as the n80, it's just cheaper in every way. the screen on the n70 is going to look like a bigger version of the screen on the 3120 and the screen on the n80 is going to look a lot like the screen on an ipod video.

Oh yh FIN, those are without a doubt scams! Most of the time, the ebay ID's have been hijacked, watch them in your account and you will find that they will get closed down eventually. Also you'll notice that the seller normally wants you to contact them on an e-mail address that they add on the listing and not on via "contact the seller" thats because the ebay seller that has had their account hijacked will become aware of it, as the e-mail will end up going to them. Another thing to check is what they have sold in the past, check completed listings and you'll probably find that the hijacked sellers either sells things that have nothing to do with mobile phones or they don't sell anything. If it's too good to be true, then that's exactly what it is! Don't be fooled by those scams and they always want moneygram or something not so secure, even if you don't give them the MTC number they can still pick up a payment after showing some ID and disappear with it!
