I am using this phone its feell good to be one of the N80 owners,everyone who is looking for the new mobile phone must have it more espetiarly if you are in the bisiness.

Hi wanted to ask some questions
my uncle wants to buy me a nokisa n80
do you think its that good or i can get something equally good and user friendly
i study in class x1
and toppriority is no problems in cell phone
also suggest some new phones if you think they are suited for me

Nokia 5610 or Nokia N80... I'm planning to buy one, but the cost of both of them is the same ...

Please help me out guys... I have had this phone for a year and it never had a problem till few days ago... the screen keeps hangng and the keys stop working... it is software problem... can I solve it without formatting the phone? I have so many messages in my phone memory which I cant transfer to memory card and I really wanna keep them but the phone is getting too difficult to use... is there any way to transfer phone memory content into PC or memory card? thanks in advance

i had this phone for about 9months now. and i cant still find a phone that can replace its ELEGANT LOOKS. by the way i own the black version . it rocks.. bought it 23thou last year but now its only 9 thou pesos second hand.. hehe

Phones great! Loved the WiFi function, great display although incomparable with Nokia's recent 16 Million colour phones, Good and tough built, camera is clear only when you look at it without zooming in cause if you do, you'll be very very DISAPPOINTED... Edges gets really blurry but all in all, it's indeed a great phone if only the battery could've lasted longer... In Conclusion, N82 is my next phone! Nokia rocks! Hahaha... =)

Just bought a n80 for $15 USD on CL. Everything works great except the lcd screen is cracked (Its still viewable under candescent lighting). It was run over with a car and shows to be very tough. NO internal damages nor external other than couple scratches. Slide still works perfectly with no jumps. Camera works great. SMS and text works. All in all happy but more happy when my new lcd comes in :)

for the SMS freezing issue, install a "SMS ACCELERATOR"... you can find this at the nokia website...

probably it's time for you to replace your battery... after around 300+ cycles OR if the battery life lasts within a day, then you need to replace it with a brand new battery...
when i first used my phone around 2 years ago, the battery's life is like 3 days (maximum), but recently i charged my phone in the morning, then the next day (morning) my battery bar is down to 1 bar... so i decided to replace it with a new one... i hope this helps... =)

Have had the N80 over a year. Only complaints are:
1) Battery life is very short. Have to charge daily.
2) 3 MP camera not as good as the N70's camera.
3) No big fonts. Am over 50 so eyesight not as it used to be.
Am very satisfied with it. Use it with care and it still perfomrs like when I feirst bought it. Well, I installed the patch that came out sometime in July.
Great with wifi.

i have the same problem with my n80....it needs 3 min to send a text message and within these 3 minutes "freezez"....can anybody give an advice ...something? anything? thanks guys!

I have been using this phone for about 15 months..at first everything was perfect as it was my dream phone ever (the great design)...but lately everything has come to a disappointment when the fully charged battery only left back 2 bars after a 30 mins conversation and the worst thing is that after send sms, the whole thing will "hang" for 2-3 mins before it can respond again.

The phone is great,but I have heard that the slide is very bad,and after you bought it check the slide.Most users said after about 3months the slide was "jumping" and they had to repaired it...

Nice phone, i just bought mine a week ago..
The design looks elegant and unique, real flashy and a showstopper with friends..
Nice camera, almost the perfect phone for my opinion but its sometimes stuck when im sending a message, it returns to normal after 2 minutes.. Jeez..
But all in all, Nice phone!
(Even though Im swaping it for N70.. hahaha)
