How to Setup Sip in N81:
jman200x is on a distinguished road
SIP / VoIP settings for N95
If any of you are lucky enough to have working wifi on your N95 and have a VoIP server which uses SIP - these settings might be useful for you. I've tested these with a Zultys VoIP system and it works a treat! can happily wonder about the office and make / receive calls
These are the settings I've got on my Nokia to use the Zultys system...

I donno y I bought this mobile.. I used this mobile for 2 years and sold it off, bought X6. There are both advantages and disadvantages(MOST r DISADVANTAGES).
Advantages:-
1. Awesome Sound Clarity.
2. Slide doen't wear off.
3. Rough handling is allowed.
4. Touch sensors are good.
5. Ngage everyone loves it, seperate keys dediacted for it.
Disadantages:-
1. Camera is not good.
2. Battery life SUCKS!
3. Internal memory is the worst of all.
4. Hangs frequently(NEEDS HARD RESET).
5. Very Bulky.
6. Can't install third party softwares.
7. Can't make ur camera click to SILENT.
My first mobile is N81. Still I regret of using it.. But I still love it...

I'm surprised to see positive ratings about this phone.
I had this phone for a bit more than a year, it was a complete mess.
Although the specifications were attracting (the reason of my purchase), I couldn't do much things.
The address book worked perfectly, the ringtones were good (personalized ringtones from audio or midi), the notes application was so simple and so useful. GSM communications are perfectly, the sound is great. But that's all.
It was crashing each time I was connecting to open or protected (i.e. my own) wifi networks, crashing each time I was using SIP. Playing music made the phone overheat, , podcasts downloads were running then stopped in the middle over a stable wifi connection, then impossible to cancel them to restart them, I have to force restart. Shoutcast streams which were working perfectly for a month or two, suddenly didn't open at all. I also had to set the date and time every now and then.
The web browser is unusable even on light websites, crashes a lot. Mobile sites were working fine, sometimes it hangs but it's fine.
Third party programs were unresponsive (not just slow, I left them running half an hour), I thought it was because I installed them on the microSD card, so I reformatted several times. Since it didn't fix anything I used my computer to format it, then let Symbian reformat it using its own way. Things didn't become worse, it was just the same.
When I started to browse signed third party programs, I realised that in listings of programs designed for S60v3 with a list of supported phones, the N81 was very often left out -- gave me a feeling of owning a phone that the company doesn't really want to admit having managed to sell.
Also, I had some problems with SIP (other than the crashes). I have successfully imported the certificates of the my SIP provider, but when using (calling with) SIP it could never find the details of the authentication, I had to edit everything and validate again to be able to call, which was shortly followed by a crash (black screen, then Symbian restarting).
I discovered Symbian S60v3, it isn't bad, but could do better. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get rid of some applications that take space but that I won't ever use, and I couldn't remove or hide the icons I don't use and give space for the ones I regularly use.
As for the hardware, the image sensor was defective, it always returned errors saying to restart the device, and then that the "Camera feature is not available". Had it repaired, it's been fixed. Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty, just in case (and it was the case).
With time, the central button had cracks, then came off and the two backlit LEDs were appearing, and the keys were making strange noises. Nokia's Maintenance Centre fixed and replaced the button with one of another color, and on the left side of the keypad a gap could be seen between the bottom case and the keypad.
In short, the more I was using the N81, the more I realised I have made the wrong purchase, and the technical support/centre wasn't that good.
The software was useless, Nokia said the use it to fix my problems with the camera (which has entirely hardware related, after all). It was useless because I don't own Windows, just Mac OS and linux. Nokia's answer was simply stunning, I've been told there won't ever be a "Mac Suite" version because it's easier to use a PC. I headdesk'd and facepalm'd a long time. I still wonder what it means. However, now I see that Nokia is developing software for Mac on their newest products, which is good for the other new customers.
I'm sorry this is one of the most disappointing phone I have ever used.
The only very positive thing I have noticed is the crystal clear sound, which is amazing (for a mobile phone).
