why is this that i have read a few comments stating that this phone is not good. I dont think so because my phone satisfies me until now.. maybe it depends upon the user and also the manufacturing quality of the phone.. I am using this phone 4 mos now and still, it functions well... with those stating that it has a poor image quality, i can agree to that.. but remember this phone is designed as gaming and music fone so we can disregard the camera functions, i may think.. =).. but honestly, this phone is good to use... have a great day!.. thanks

the camera of N81 is very poor any solution about the camera or not ? i update my mobile but it doesn't matter the new updates.

hey people...umm why when i use my nokia the phone memeory goes down (even when i dont have anythin in my phone memory )when i use applications?....is this part of symbian phones or what?...anyone help?..

ashish, 03 Jan 2009ya it is normal even in my cell the slider is nt tight so d... morebut you know what...i went to a nokia center adn told them to fix it and ask them if its normal???thay said its not...its should be tight...i actually seen one m my friends with his n81 and his slider is tight...so i dont think that its normal...

I have purchased a N81 model just 2 months back and its giving very much trouble. To attened the problem also nokia service centre took very large period ,more than ten days. So, the service quality is also not upto the mark. Just after 12 hrs of repairing its again power off automatically . I like Nokia phone but this model is very much disappointed me. my email address is , bijan.das@metso.com

whel..nice design but olso very lame...is like the n96..poor camera doh but i like this model..this in other countryes is very cheap but in my country is very expensive like 400 $ [:|]

Very very poor design. Keypad not working for most of time. I brought this because I had a trust on nokia phones by my previous phones. But this phone is not like other nokia phones. Just 2 months since I brought this phone. I brought this phone from a other country so that I’m not able to replace warranty even.

over all n81 is still the best music phone

Phone is great, but the build quality is s***. Dropped it a few times, and bits start chipping off the silver bit on the side. Not sure how it happened, but the multimedia key at the top has a dent, and the little silver bit is pushed in to the phone.
Friend had the same phone, and the silver and black 'ipod' like scroller thing fell out... Back of my phone scratches really really easy because it is so shinny.
I hate how to phone organises my photos and videos, all together. If I'm only looking for a video, I have to search through all the photos, and being a photographer, I have tones!
Coming to the camera. If you want a phone with a good camera, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE! Photos of sunsets, and dusk have a tone of noise. I dont think I have taken a photo yet that I would say makes this camera worth it.
Please look at another phone!!!
