@ joe the N81 has a really great sound quality through stereo speakers and surround is one of the best i've ever heard in a mobile fone... and better than 5320..

you can play ngage by simply downloading the N-gage software from nokia site in the fone either from pc or directly using n81 internet.... when the software is installed ...you can make your user account for online play... go to the showroom tab from the n-gage software and either buy the games or play trial versions for limited time..

hey sup guys?...can anyone give me a link to the latest firmware update for n81...cuz when i download pc suit..it says my version is up to date but its only version 20..so can anyone please gimme a link to version 21?...merry x mas guys

The phone is too bulky and heavy..camera is poor and lacks autofocus..surface feels cheap..rather go for n78 for a few extra bucks..3.15 mp camera and looks great..keypad is ok once you get used to it..great phone, thumbs up to nokia..=]

I got my N81 exactly a year ago from today, and its been nothing but a pleasure to use, NOKIA have supplied it with great fw support, loads of Ngage games now available, and its been a great device for a power user like me and still stands out as one of the best sounding smartphones and best looking Nseries to date, its the one that brought in lots of now FP2 phone standards like the design, gaming keys, navi-wheel, rotating 3D Menu, new Multimedia Key, semi automatic keylock switch and the Freescale MXC300-30 369mhz CPU to the Nseries.
Still loving my N81, extremely stable and great Multimedia Computer. "The Next Episode" has certainly been fantastic.

umm hi guys..i really enjoyed my n81...its really a great phone...but can anyone tell me if the normal n81(not 8GB version) can support memory cards higher than 2 GB? and how do you delete your game scores from nGage?..

atika, 17 Dec 2008there's one little problem with my fone...i formatted my fo... moreFormating the phone itself won't do. You have to format the memory card as well and update the firmware. That's the algorithm. Unfortunately you will not be able to restore some of the preinstalled aplications. To have Ngage, you need to install it youself. And many other programs that you had.

My n81 is very trouble making phone. two slides not fixed smoothly. so these two vibrates. and its key board design is very poor. key pad get stuck time to time for little wet situations. So this is not a good design. I'm hoping to replace this phone

there's one little problem with my fone...i formatted my fone and lost everythin like the n-gage..im not even gettin its icon n i cant install it as well..n it has now started gettin hangd as well...it just gets hangd after evry while.this wasnt happenin b4..wat shud i do?? or shud i take it to customer services??
