Amey, 28 Aug 2008Hello, i've been looking for a slide phone with an average ... more-GAMES=you can install both n-gage and S60 games.you'll get better video graphic & sound much like playing PSone on mini console when playing n-gage games,but it's not free (too bad)
-MUSIC=it has stereo speaker & if you use the N81 standar headset,it's not different compare to Xpressmusic phones.you can use other better headphones beacause it has 3,5" jack on the top of the phone or on the mic cable.so you can still make a call with your fav headphones
-WLAN=don't ask!!it's very easy to use.just sit down in a hotspot,open web browser,choose 'WLAN',it will begin to search any WIFI signal,choose the existing hotspot,begin the browsing with nice display and full flash animation.......

if you want a GOOD SUPER PHONE in USD300 range then YOU SHOULD BUY N81
not other phones
why?
because it has all we need: wifi,UMTS,N-gage,good music & video,cool animation menu,cool style
ignore the camera if you don't want to be a photographer
don't believe?
compare it by yourself....

nop... moreI mean it takes a little longer time than if I set it to internal memory when I open 'new message' NOT 'inbox','outbox' or 'sent'
but if you don't have any problem with that

I'm a gadget addict.. ^^
I want N82 black,N95 8GB or N85 after N81
I suggest you too to buy one if you feel like no other business on the world than music,gaming & communication

Amey, 28 Aug 2008Hello, i've been looking for a slide phone with an average ... moren81 is a nice phone,about the loud speaker in a music is not to loud..but in headset,is very good and yo can manage the equalizer, you also can make your own equalizer...okey..i think n81 is the best phone to play a games. so enjoy it...

Hello, i've been looking for a slide phone with an average camera and mp3 player..n81 seems like the perfect fit, it's also symbian, i wanted to ask some users that own it, what do you think about the games, and how is the sound volume through headphones and speaker. looking forward to your answers. thanks in advance

can someone please help me! I bought the n81 today, but the loudspeakers is so so soft. The n81 8gb in the shop played alot louder. I played around with the settings and equalizer and nothing worked. What can i do to impove the loudness? Please!

it has been 1 month that i ahve been using the n81 well the sound is superb and i dont the xpress series has this much of sounds, the head set is also super. well the only probelm that i see in this model is the pics on night mode coz the flsher seems to be not enought , exept for that it s a super phone for a music lover

nope.. i don see any lag in my phone when i'm opening any msges... i have 389 msges in my inbox.. so i don think that should happen atleast till 500 msges.. but then again if u've got like 2k msges.. then that pretty much says itself.. get rid of em..

I never have any problem like that
if any call/sms comes,the music should stopped
and when the call/sms ringtone ended,the music should play again in low volume and then go to the real volume we have set
for your problem,maybe it is over RAM so the phone get blank

loki, 26 Aug 2008hohohohoho... fej just go to the nearest nokia service ... moreok thnx. one thing, in this 11.x.x... ver. when im listening to music through my ear phone, the player suddenly stop responding when i received a text message, and when i try to play it again the phone hangs and restart. Will it be fixed when I update my firmware to ver. 20.x.x..

Just take it in an outdoor place without flash
