Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970The N81 is far better than a W910 mainly because the N81 has brilliant sound quality thanx to its dedicated audio chip, its a Smartphone since it runs on Symbian S60v3.1 OS9.2 which means you can add functionality by installing very useful applications like CorePlayer, DivX player, SmartMovie, Python open source apps,emTube etc. . . . with a fast user interface because of its 369mhz CPU.
N81 also has a 3.5mm jack to plug-in your headphones which makes it very userfriendly, it also has dedicated music keys for easy skipping, pausing or stopping music without even looking at the music player, the N81 offers just a lot more than the W910. W910 is not a true music phone,it just looks nice.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970both are good music phones. n81 8gb has wifi, no hsdpa. w910i has hsdpa, no wifi. n81 8gb has touch sensitive naviwheel for scrolling through your songs. w910i has "shake me" powered by accelerometer, you shake the phone to left to rewind the track, shake the phone to the right to skip a track. that's it!

i like this phone don't care bout the mp of the cameras but the overall performance its good but i have it for 2days only hihihi got questions guyz i have ngage games in zip file but don't know where to put it in particular folder could anyone help me????? plsssssss need it so much thanks alot......

They're just making phones that fit the demands of their customer. Most cellphone buyers today are teenagers, young adults who prefer music/camera phones. Too bad for you and your "mature class", If you are that good in cellphone design try to apply to nokia, they might hire you or you can start up your own cellphone company, and add some built-in Living room on your first cellphone model.

Anyone, what is the latest n81 8gb firmware and how do i go about getting updating i already have ver 11. is there anything later than that, i really want to be up to date, if there is something for my 81 i kinda want it....

'Sound Chips' really do matter in a Music Phone, it just Gives a whole better Experience a better Sonic Experience!
and 3.5mm jack's to, it makes earphones plug in more convienient
and since N81 has a Navi-Wheel, i would thats just a Pure Genius Bonus to have for a Music Phone!
plug the bigger display, Wi-Fi, N-Gage and much more!
its a True Multimedia Computer! same with N95 8GB
so i think il agree with you that 'Sound Chips' and '3.5mm jacks' matter for a better Music Listening Experience
btw iv only just realised this after hooking my Walkman earphones to my Nokia 6233 it has better Sound Output then Walkman Phones!!!!!!
although yes Walkman Phones have True Sound Quality Ouput Through earphones
the Nokia's still remain LOUDER through earphones thanks to the 'Sound Chip'
i should of just believed you in the first place, nevertheless iv experienced it all myself!!
