Ive had both,theres no difference in camera,in the 1st place if you want a great camera then get a N82 or N95.
I prefer to have a memory card and 12GB and 16GB mem cards are on their way, the 8GB is great space though.

We NEVER said LG, SAMSUNG, SE OR MOTOROLA were bad, we said they are NOT AS GOOD OR ON PAR to the NOKIAS (N81 and N91).

If you're not sure about the N81 vs N81 8GB. Take the N81 8GB! Sure it costs a bit more however you're getting 8GB of internal memory (duh) and the camera is WAY better! They're listed as the same resolution but the picture quality is different...

I never said that SE/Samsung phones are bad in SQ. What I said was SE/Samsung (except for Samsung i450) are not AT PAR with N81 or N91.
And before you comment about a phone, make sure you have tested the phone yourself to prevent jumping on conclusions.
I've tested the new Samsung iXXX series and SE W-series in my local shop, together with my N81 and iPod 160GB. Only the Samsung i450 can rival N81 and N91. SE have yet to improve.

i own Nokia,SE so i know SONY are the Kings of Sound Quality ! Nokia are just getting there now! Samsung are the the other Best in Sound Quality ! so please dont say there the worst in Music Capabilities becuase there acchewly the BEST Music Phones out there!
dunno what to say about the N81 Nokia say its a Gaming and next month they say its a Music Phone???? :S confused.......
but please dont go to the Samsung and Sony Ericsson Forums saying there bad and stuff..
thats why iv come here..to sort all this Biastness sh*t out.......

i really want to buy this phone. i had a nokia 3250 before, and well, the screen cracked an my camera stopped, i want to get another phone that has the same "being". is this phone a good choice ?

Music is always on no option to exit,this has also not been addressed n latest firmware 11.0.045 dated 29 nov 07.Idiotoic on Nokias part.The batt drains and plastic black at back and from music buttons crack verycomfortable. Cheap look yes no buttond on extreme left ad right not easily accessible.

Talking crap about N81 doesn't going to make se walkmans and samsung i series any better.I know they are good in sound quality. But NOKIA N81 has the best sound quality and clearity ever found on a mobile phone.
I was trying to buy this phone couple of weeks back,but instead of buying this i went for an ipod 80gb it is good too but not as good as my cousins N81.I was amazed to find out that N81 have much clearer and more quality sound than my ipod.
I am going to by N81 soon and a pair of good headphones.

I'm not forcing EVERYONE to buy this phone. Who said I was?
This phone was made mainly for music lovers and audiophiles.
I'm just saying that having a BUILT-IN 3.5mm headphone jack on music phones is better than carrying an extra adaptor around.
It's only a waste of space.
Samsung and SE are ok. But LG? Seriously, something is wrong with you. LG don't have any phone to rival N81 or N91.

It seems you don't know anything about high-quality headphones.
Most audiophiles know that a high-quality headphone with standard 3.5mm is much, much better than a bluetooth headphone.
Try comparing Sony's bluetooth headphones to Sennheiser or Bose headphones and you'll know what I'm talking about!

Yes, W-series comes with 3.5mm adaptor for the headphones, but NO 3.5mm built-in the phone itself. Get it?? Do you now understand what I am saying?
Nokia only has about 7-9 handsets with a built-in 3.5mm headphone jack. Some Samusung iXXX series have 3.5mm headset jack too.

all SE Walkman Phones come with 3.5mm Jack in the headset wire..it acts as a Adaptor...with the Walkman earphones..
i got the 3.5mm jack with my W850i !
so how come you didnt get it with W910i ?

you just have to Live with what the companies have made...if you like Nokia get Nokia..some like Samsung and Sony Ericsson..
its all down the PERSON/User of the phone....thats why theres these other companies to choose from..!
