Actually i have this phone in INDIA . N picture quality , Camera Quality , Sound Quality is already best .The only problem is with it's colour in silver version ,very easy to ore.Else u just compare camera...u will just find N97 near this.

Surabaya, Indonesian, 13 Oct 2009i just bought my new N82 black edition on 11-10-2009, the 3... morehi. i have a n82 black as well. its an arabic version amd i had it for a year now. im still lovin it. about the micro sd card, i did use an 8 gb with 900 music, some videos and it works fine. the phone did not slow down in any ways. scrolling through the music player is still very smooth and fast. the firmware is v31. im sot sure whether the n82 could use a 16 gb card. bt the way, i just bought a new e71 last week and i realised how bad the n82s screen is and how cheap the plastic is. the creaking on the keypad makes it seem that my n82 is not worth my money to a certain extent. cheers.

I can vouch to that. My N82 also fell many times already and it still is working.

My N82 was manufactured in China and even after 26 consecutive falls, it still runs smoothly. You have definitely been scammed. The only drawback was the hardware's paint easily wore off. I have changed the casing to a black one.
One piece of advice, never repair your phone at the Nokia Care Centre, the so call technicians are all amateurs. Fix it at a mobile phone shop. At least that is the case in Malaysia.

i used n82 silver made in china=also not prob at all
i used k800 siver made in china= also not prob at all
what important is u know how to handle n take care ure device very neatly...actually is not made in china coz all part in it are made from variety country n company like lcd display,battery,processor,speaker n buzzer, keypad, led, xenon flash..if ur phone made in finland, all part in it not totally made in finlad dude

all made in china phones are subjected to hardware failure. Eg dead k800i n82 black screen problem , n78 speakers blew , n79 upper speaker not working etc and the list goes on.

i want to go back to n82 but i want black made in finland N82. I had a made in china K800i made in china and it died with only a blinking lead wen power on. I bought a silver N82 made in china and after 6months of use the phone always freeze and the screen goes black and key pad lit. I bought another china N82 and the same thing happened. Can someone please confirm this problem on black n82 as i want to buy this one.

Kamran Tak, 16 Sep 2009java base application not woking properly.like opera-mini 4... moredude,, n82 is using class b gprs so whenever ure browsing and you recieve a call, the internet connection will pause. opera mini is a 3rd party apps. most nokia that has opera mini uses class a connectivity.

SARAH, 16 Sep 2009Can we use flash light during making videos in N82? kindly ... moreno you cant use the xenon flash as a flash light when taking videos. xenon flash is intented for still images even with slr's. it has a very bright light compensation so if you use it as a flash light, it will be same as HID light.

Not sure about max capacity in microsd, but I had a 4gb almost completely used with Music Videos, Pictures, music and all types of nonsense, and yes it will slow your phone down, not to mention drains battery. For multimedia purpose, u r better off watching it on PSP or some other device.
1 tip: exit all application showing that "circle continuation" logo in the icon menu.
Still loving my N82 after a year already! Cheers!
