i had my nokia n82 since august 2008 and at november of the same year I found the the upper speaker was no more activated and yesterday on 23 september 2009 the lower speaker was also no more activated. So, today it is in the repair shop.

I bought my N82 in april 2008 and till now I havnt faced any problems. The pictures and the video which i usually take is better than the Sony Cybershot in terms of resolution. I dont intend on changing my phone for the next few years.

After 1yr of careful operation and having the following problem: when you open the shutter of the camera, blinking charging indicator flashes, then a message "unexpected error occurred. Restart the device." Then, the phone does not detect the memory card (included with delivery)any one with an idea on how to goo around this have both upgraded /downgrade firmware version but still has an issue

I've had my n82 since Feb 08 and it's only now, that the N900 is coming out, that I'm seriously looking to replace my handset.
It's going to take quite a contender to temp me to wave goodbye to my 5mp camera with xenon flash, it's wi-fi, 8gb memory, etc. etc...!

brynn, 22 Sep 2009Also consider n86 as your next fone with variable aperture ... moreif u said that higher megapixel is wasted, why must i consider n86 is my next phone?? better i stick to my n82 5mp..and if u said that n86 95% can replace digital camera, why n86 can't beat innov8??? how come n86 can replace digital camera even it lack of xenon flash?? where ur proof that u said n86 can replace 95% digital camera?? only u-tube video ur proof?? n86 design is modern, but it so bulkier..it speaker is weak..slider phone easy to wobbled..when i wanna buy a phone, i wanna balanced phone, i look it specs, it design. it function, it camera..n82 can handled all situation, but n86? it can handled ONLY daylite situation.. i used my n82 at two years.. ..doesnt have any prob..i never upgrade my firmware but it still running smoothly lke a new. however thanx at ur link on ur post..regards

Hi,
I am N82 user. How can I play flv. files on it.
For example, I downloaded a video from youtube in flv. format den copied it onto fone card memory. Flv. player was unable to play dat file.
Need Help,

The n86 also has high quality audio and in the box is in ear headfones just as good as s/e earbuds..

n's, 21 Sep 2009overall n82 is still the best..still beat it rival... now i... moreAlso consider n86 as your next fone with variable aperture for low light shooting,,12mp will make NO difference to your fotos its lens quality and algorithms that give the quality...Please be aware that a 2mp camera at a 6 x 4 inch foto is better than 12mp with poor optics and poorly written software algorithyms..Please watch this video i will put up in next post..

I have N82 black, tha camera with its xenon flash is amazing, when I took picture in the dark in my bed room,the autofocus still works very well and also the xenon. I am very happy with itd performance. The music also perform well,good sound quality with loud sounds. Bravo for N 82.
