E71 is a busi... moren82 is not only a camera phone. it is a smartphone and full-pledged multimedia device as well. aside from photography, n82 is a very good portable media player - 3.5mm jack and stereo speakers for music, tv-out and 3D acceleration for video. it also has an ngage client and support for a lot of symbian and accelerometer-based apps and games, making it a very good gaming console as well. and did i forget to mention that it also has adobe pdf and quickoffice preinstalled which is upgradable to the full editor suite making it a good, if not the best, business phone as well? e71 is only great as a business phone but is poor as a music,multimedia and gaming device.

E71 is a business-centric full QWERTY smart phone while the only strength of N82 is it’s 5MP camera which is rated very high among tech savvy people. But as far as my personal opinion in concerned it is only good for taking portrait shots from about 10 cm to 10 feet. It is no good for landscape photography. But this is not N82’s fault because good landscape snapshots can only be taken by dedicated cameras not camphones.

coz, when I come to check in JBenchmark.com, the N82 beats all...it gots the highest rank than any other phone.

1.sometimes **phone** get restarted during update (restart the update in such case)
2.it is normal that phone screen gets blank during update
3.check that the phone is fully charged
4.see that you update the phone only through the pc suite which was given to you
when i started the update for my phone , the phone restarted and i really got annoyed and for the safety i re installed the entire nokia pc suite and got every single update for that
finally i started the update and update was successful

N82 is way better. N5800 xpressmusic is even better than N78 or N79. I have no regrets choosing N82

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970N82 uses true Xenon. Furthermore, this phone has wi-fi and a better video recorder. It is also a smartphone and you can install virtually any 3rd party applications on this phone.
The final choice is up to you though.

Though it is possible to play WMV or AVI files by 3rd party apps such as CorePlayer or Smartmovie, they can't play the vidos smoothly. You will have to convert them to mp4. N79 can play WMV files with realplayer smoothly.
