Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I also don't like the keypad design of N79 but i think it's better than N82. But overall, I'd still keep my N82 cos it's really something I'm proud of. And i Haven't even maximize its use yet cos i don't have a computer yet.

the black N82 definitely looks better but the platinum color is unique.

This is the best phone in terms of price/functionality. Hardware is still up to date with the latest Nokia phones. Only the software part is outdated. Congratulations for new N82 users for a very wise purchase.

Hey,
I too have joined the N82 bandwagon. Nokia seems to be phasing out this product,in India atleast, and i was lucky enough to get my hands on one of the last few N82 black's.
I have had many phones in the past form a nokia 2100 to a nokia 3530, SE W550i, Samsung to my recent one the i-Mate PDAl, but if you are buying a phone with ur own money for the 1st time and u are looking for a phone that would last you more than 2 yrs (unlike wat my other phones did), then Nokia is the brand to go with. Wat more could i ask for just 14K INR.
Really glad that i got my hands on this, awesome camera, awesome display, no flimsy slider, a great shiny black look.

its fast!
excellent image quality, brilliant flash module and lenses!
so dmn cool the graphics it can handle
I don't like touchscreen devices, they get dirty dirty...
the GPS module is so fast! better than my dedicated GPS. I think I live in a good area for GPS usage
everything connected, online, emails IM, geotag, take a picture and BAM! its in my online album with full quality
Nokia, plz make a "N83", but only in 3 years because this baby is going to liiive for a while with me, I'll never sell it.

n82 will be terminated on production..hehehe..well anyways i still cant believe i cant find a trusted all in one camera phone..i went to 6220 classic but damn the quality build is so lame..got to 5800 but then again its not as what i expected so i came back to the terminator of all phones...

Hi to all of you N82 users i have also join you tomorrow by purchasing this excellent device, my N82 is in black color and made from China, it is very good in features specially in Camera quality---one thing which im facing is hanging problem it hangs 7 to 8 times till my purchase and every time i have to put out its battery and turn on again,one other thing its software is also a bit slow than my previous N95 8GB.
Pls advise me the solution regarding this problem i shall be very thank full to all of you for helping me to sort out this bug...bundle of thanks in advance8***

Accidentally I have been dropping my black N82 to the floor about 4 times but nothing's wrong with that phone's functions, camera and even there's no scratch appeared on its surface. It was "Made in China" too.

I had been using my black N82 for 9 months. Accidentally I had dropped it to the floor for about 4 times (I hope that never happens again) but those accidents didn't cause any problem to my N82. It still performs 100% normal, even no scratch on its surface. And my black N82 was "Made in China".

I joined the Million Doll@r Pok3r contest. The prize was a Nokia N96. I thought I won but no, I was disqualified. I'm so sad. :(
