SUBHO, 01 Jun 2009install a genuine kaspersky antivirus and start installing ... morewell maybe it depends on your demographic, like if your in US, it will probably cost higher because most of the apps in Ovi store where made by european innovators and and tax needs to be paid if it will be sold in US and vice versa.
it also depends on the kind of app, if its a good one like most of the apps for s60 on ovi store then it cost higher, if it's a crap one like most of the iPhone apps, of course it will cost cheaper c",

hate pinoys, 02 Jun 2009ur country is poor so nokia donot expect anyone buying the ... moreyes, our country was poor but there were still hundreds of people here who wants to buy legal apps, count me in, and dont care how much it cost as long as were living a guilt free life and with respect to intellectual property rights.
why do you hate pinoys? c", how did you know that filipinos were locally termed pinoys, are you a pinoy also and it just happen that you hate yourself?

went to phonearena website and N82 got a rating of 8.9 out of 10 based on 57 reviews and an editor's rating of 9.5 out of 10. Wow! N82 is pretty awesome. It also top for most balanced on all nokias as well as camera currently, and 5th most balanced among all phones.

subho, 02 Jun 2009either ur display is faulty.or ur motherboard is screwed up... moremaybe you are right, but everything on my n82 is working(calls, camera, wifi, ..).If motherboard is broken,i belive all of this would not work either

iolo003, 01 Jun 2009welcome back dude c",Thanks dude.. I have just read your blog about Ovi store and guess you are right. Nokia thinks that people in our country cannot afford to buy paid apps. Another notable resemblance is at N-Gage.com wherein our country is AGAIN missing in the list.

hy, i have n82 for six months and the phone worked fine until this morning ,brightnes on display is very low,i turned it off,when i turned it on display was blinking while the phone was starting, when started, brightnes was still very low, tried hard and soft reset, but problem is still there(resolution is very low,like when graphic card on pc is broken or somthing....).Does anybody have the same problem or a solution?? Please help.

I love and like Nokia N82 too much.
Once I heard via earphone, its a mindblowing ever before i never heard such a music after listening in N82. Also in brosing and operating systems are too good than the other cell phones.
I love my N82 tooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhhhh.

jonzo, 31 May 2009Memory upgrade only to 4GB, not 16GB as stated above.I used 16gb sandisk in my n82 the minute 16gb come out..Sold n82 cause bored of it but had 3 of them cause d-pad kept coming off,,if you press right side of d-pad you can see the cables that go to touch sensitive scroll for d-pad,,however when i had n82 these were de-activated..

subho, 31 May 2009ovi store will be a flop.becoz the most the appication ovi ... morebase on initial web traffic, the stores opening was a success but wither its will continue in the long run, that needs to be seen.
hacked apps can be uploaded in the net but not all works and not all are safe. phone might bugged down for instance and my N82 is a valuable investment to me since im planning to used it for awhile. its better to be safe than sorry. plus the fact that there were countless of people out there who wants to buy legal stuffs like me for instance, haha c",
i'm quite optimistic about it, people thinks that apples istore will fail before due to same reason but it didn't.
my only problem with it at the moment was that only free stuff can be downloaded here in the Philippines and they have failed in bringing payment schemes here like that of N-Gage. Hope they can add up my country so we can start buying genuine apps.
