I mean bla... moreno i havenot solve my probled becoz the black part has become very light and it is not irritating me any more.nokia care told me that cost of n82 screen is only Rs 2000.as for ur flash is ur flash not working even in dark room.

Hello everyone. Can anybody plz help me? My n95's flash is not working. When i take a picture, the flash doesn't light though the flash mode is ON in camera settings. Is it a hardware failure?

Hi all I am a nokia FREAK. I was using N82 for the past year & had no problems at all. Ten days back i bpught a 5800. It's good phone but comparing it with N82 would be like abusing the N82. I found the N82 better in terms of performance, it is fater than 5800. Comparing the camera of both the phones is not a wise thing to do as N82 is 5mp & 5800 is 3.15mmp, but having sais that the 3.15 behave like a vga camera. very disappointing. The music is good on 5800 & watching videos on 5800 is a good expirence. as for N82 if one can compromise on screen size it is really worth it's price. some say the keys on N82 are odd. I say it's only a matter of day or two to get used to. Whereas in 5800 I found it odd to use the qwerty key board(E 71 keyboard is much easy to use). So N82 is clear winner hands down.

I'm gonna try to answer as many question that you all have. Firstly, comparing the N82 with other currently available phones is useless, the N82 is the best. While it may not have 8GB internal like the N95 it can take a MicroSD card up to 16GB (with latest firmware). It has the best camera available on any phone out at the moment (except maybe some of those SE phones with 8MPs) because of it's Xenon flash which makes taking pics an awesome experience.
The newest firmware (v31.0.016) is hackable, look for HelloOX v1.02 and MapDrives (HelloOX 1.03 doesnt work corrently). To hack phone just get mapDrives and HelloOX signed with your IMEI, install both, then run MapDrives then HelloOX, you will maybe see that HelloOX will get stuck at "Installing patches" at this point cancel it, install MapDrives again and run HelloOX again and this time it will fly thru the hacking process. This install ROMPatcher which u can use to turn off the Permission hack NOTE if you have the permission hack set to auto on and/ or enables Ngage games will crash, you need to remove the Permissions hack from startup and disable it (within ROMPatcher).
NOTE
Once phone is hacked certificate errors will be a thing of the past.
If phone isnt hacked and you get the Cert error with themes or apps just check the file you're trying to install and see when it was made, then change your date to any date ahead of that.
Hope some of you found this interesting.

It upper speaker has stopped worki... moreMate , China made phones are not made by Nokia, they are made by local cheap companies without IMEI and using such handsets are legally not allowed , and life of such phones are not long you are lucky if its stll on after 3-4 months
