the Corolla didn't came out c", hopefully it will anytime soon, 8MP and half qwerty. the N86 8MP obviously was not the corolla, it was the Athlon with 8MP but less Xenon.

Samsung might but with the current trend, their still far way out, Apple is the major concern of Nokia right now, Nokia even help Samsung by giving them a hold on Nokia's S60 5th Edition UI.
Apple and Nokia will poke it out till the next decade, with the looming release of Nokia's Multitouch HD phone to take on Apples Next Gen iPhone by January 2010 and Nokia coming up with Apps Store and Music Store, the battle is on!

Soon, Nokia is going to sink. They aren't the only ones now who know how to make good mobile phones. Now, companies like Samsung, LG and HTC have mastered the mobile phone industry. Nokia may have underestimated their rivals. A little more miscalculation and Nokia will only be a thing of the past like Sony. Nokia, wake up! You were once the forerunner in mobile phone industry. But look now, Samsung is slowly climbing your stairs and maybe in 5 years time, it is Samsung that will be the #1 mobile phone company in the world.

Samsung beats Nokia, 22 Feb 2009Nokia is trailing behind Samsung. i8910 OMNIA HD is not onl... moreyou're getting it the wrong way dude, Samsung is trailing behind Nokia. just analyze this, Samsung have been pushing further its hardware specs recently and no matter how hard they tried, they weren't able to attract buyers, that's because nobody cared about specs anymore specially today that almost everyone phone company have same specs, only 1% of the market care about specs and nokia couldn't care much on this.
the mobile market is now shifted from hardware specs to software and thats what Nokia has been doing, pushing services and softwares to unimaginable heights, buying almost every company services in the web from maps, navigation to social networking etc.
what nokia was doing at the moment was reach out to every segment of the market, make phones that were more user friendly, service focused, feature specific. putting up phones that gives the best practical features at the cheapest price in every possible segment. this is the brightest marketing strategy i have meet so far, brilliant!
