hey. how's the durability of this phone?? is it good? and, does it need to update its software like in sony ericsson? also users, what can you say about this phone? tnx in advance.. cuz im having doubts in my mind on what phone will i buy.

i have n82 now. i worked with n81, n95 8GB, n70, N73, 5610,samsung d900 and samsung u600 but i really love n82

Hey wazzup N82 users! My N82 is still freakin' fast even now that I already have as much as 6.1 GB of data stored out of my 8 GB micro SD card. And no doubt that N82 will trump some other phones running on 369 mhz CPU. Thanks to the Dual CPU TI OMAP chipset running on the 332 mhz clock rate that's powering the N82, its performance is still above average. Some other phones (like the N85) are just powered by a Single CPU Freescale chipset at 369 mhz.
So with a huge RAM coupled by a powerful OMAP hardware, the N82 has excellent overall performance.
And by the way, before I forget, I have gathered some interesting buzz from the web that recent Nokia phones that can record VGA videos at 30 fps that are powered by the Freescale 369 mhz CPU aren't as good as the N95 and N82's video quality. Just a buzz though, which I am tempted to believe as AllAboutSymbian.com have made a video quality comparison of the N82 and N79 in which N82 came out victorious. To put it plainly, AllAboutSymbian collected some video frame grabs and N82's frame revealed a sharper and more detailed frame grab.
And another thing that I'd like to note is that, I have at last, found the exact equalizer adjustment in which my N82 sounded as natural as the naturalistic sound of my secondary 5220 XpressMusic. Yes.. Not kidding here. Believe it or not, the N82 effortlessly sounded like the 5220 XM quality-wise (and that is, if you only know how to tweak the equalizer). Plus, the N82 here even gives you a definitive advantage due to a more powerful bass when juxtaposed with the 5220's creaking bass sound. But in terms of volume, I should admit that 5220 XM is like made for headbangers and partially hearing-impaired people because 100% of the N82's volume through headphones is just 80% of the 5220's volume. And in reality, I only use 90% of the N82's volume because I use it with a Sennheiser headset and it's already loud at 90%.
Forgive me for posting too long. I just can't stop praising the N82. In fact I have earlier planned to write more and this is the shortest that I could come up with.
