i dont have a speaker problem on my n82 black and ive been using it for 4months.. my advice, buy from a nokia flagship store for u 2 get the genuine phone

you cant downgrade firmware dude c", v30 is the best firmware their is

theirs no difference between black and silver. v30 is the latest firmware of n82 and you might have this firmware if u buy the phon as of this time. regarding ur question about where to buy, my advice, buy it here in the philippines, it will be cheaper and the product code will be localize. and buy a phone from a nokia flagship store, its safer, less hassle.. buy genuine!

hi, sorry to sound so ignorant but can i play movies on the phone? if so, what kind of format does the video player support?
i have read the review and it doesnt mention about what type of video files it can play... too long to scroll through all the comments :) really appreciate if someone can help, thanks in advance!

I'm planning to replace my SE k770 w/ N82. About the loudspeakers,does it really break easily? I always use loudspeakers when listening to music.

this phone is cool but it has many problems . first . the right speakers 80% will stop after while of using it . the system fault and restart many time but this rarely thing . if u musical person try get buy another phone

v30 is the latest firmware for n82 it improves the sound quality of n82 and many more google it for you to find the changes it made...

But i'm into the music and camera things, which... moreif youre on music and camera... you can get n82. before i own 5700 and music of n82 with v30 is on par with 5700. actually, for now i can say that i really love the music of n82 than 5700 because of the powerful bass and sound quality. i have a sound system at home and i observed the two when i plugged in to it.. 5700 bass is somewhat really weak/soft even though i tweak it in to the fullest that i find my self down on it but n82 gave me what i want music combining the one of the best camera to date.
But you find yourself not convinced with n82, i'm sure you shouldn't go for 5700 either. try to find somewhere else

almost everyday iam reading your comments and other info. but still iam confused which should i get the silver or the black N82.
is there any diffence between the two? specially with the keypads?
plus i cant still understand about the firmware V30?(is that correct).how to install that?
iam also thinking where should i get a good phone here in saudi or in the philippines?
please help me to decide.

Which one of them is the best when... moretheres no point in comparing n82 with 5700! you should compare n82 with 6220 classic, and 5700 with n81. 6220 classic is the 4-digit model version of n82. while 5700 is the 4-digit model version of n81. 5700 has better sound quality than n82 both in headset and speakers. while n81 has better sound quality than both n82 and 5700.

You got n85 then c905? then you came back to... moreYes buddy I'm telling you the truth it's right that I swiched from N85,you know when you send someone the business card from your contacts it will make an attachment to the sms that will be difficult to open at other end this was really bugging,and my dear if you buy 8GB card and put it in N82 is still cost you less than even N95 8GB,/N85 but a phone which is soild built with xenon flash and one of the best Camera in the Business

no fm transmitter, dim screen, no menu animations, bulky, low speaker quality, cheap plastic, fingerprint and scratch magnet... n85 and even n79 are a lot better than this so called n82.

i just got my N82 (titanium white) last week. the total performances and features of the phone are absolute! technical values of photos are met, good sound quality. if you're still choosing which among of the new Nseries units you're gonna buy,take N82. it's the monoblock version of N95. two thumbs up!
