I have been using this phone for over 2 years and I think it was worth every penny I spent on it. It has a rich set of features and performance is excellent in audio / video / call-mgmt depts. But, only sore issue I noticed was the strange keypad. Besides being a bit hard, it is quite a task sending SMSs with such a keypad. I used to use Nokia 6233 earlier, which was one of the best handsets for those SMS freaks. Overall a very good phone though.

I bought n8 for a month now. I stil cary my n82- found it more useful easy to txt. Superb phone.

N82 - - - Gr8 fone!!! but i got it at about USD100! Not sure how many hands, but still works g8! thx God! Just d battery is not ori, standby 2 days. Wud consider getting a genuine battery from Nokia.
Just imaging it runs the comments of over 737 pages, since d launching in end of 2007 till now!
Sony? I-phone? I cudn't bother. I think I can get only their empty casing with USD100, but I get all gadgets and tools I need with tat price. in N82!!!

X6 very bad sun legability and no memory card .E72 small screen very low loudness in loudspeaker can't even know that any one calling you. I you want reasons why this phones tell me here and i will tell you why. Sorry for my english.

I have both N8 and N82.
The N82's flash has better range than N8.
But definitely the N8 is the best phone nowadays. Its features and pics are really great.
But I'm using the N82...
Because I use my phone when I'm in bed. And It's difficult to use It with one hand, specially when reading my notes...

what is the functional difference between n82 and n82-1? My n82-1 shows cpu speed 206mhrzs only where should shows 332mhrzs, plzzz anyone solve my problem.

i like so much with this so much.,,amazed with all of its fitures..even i bought 2 for me n my wife.I don't care if there are many phones based Android OS,but there's nothing can be compared with this phone...I think Nokia should think keep their job by make another phones like N82 in the future...
