I have read in the manual... morego to "OPTION" in windows media player then go to "TOOLS" then "OPTION" then click "RIP MUSIC" then uncheck "COPY PROTECT MUSIC" then click "APPLY". that's all! You may also change the type of format you want for higher
bit rates for best quality... Have a nice RIP!

Gud day to everyone! I need help. I have read in the manual that n82 supports music file formats such as AAC, MP3, WMA etc. I just want to transfer the songs from an original audio cd, it's an album actually, to my phone because it takes time to download the songs from the net so what i did was i ripped the songs from the original audio cd to windows media player. And then i sent the WMA files to removable F (to my phone). But when i tried playing the songs in my phone it says 'Unable to acquire license. Unknown content provider.' What does that imply?ü Anyone?

Is N82 good just as a Phone?
e.g. Texting - good,
Calling - excellent,
Phonebook - very advanced unlimited entries, call log etc.,
Voice Quality - very good reception and clear audio including speaker phone,
Loudspeaker - not so loud but pleasing to hear,
Battery Life - for me it comes for two days in moderate usage?

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970N78 and 6220 are cheaper than N82. But N82 has xenon flash and wifi + 2.4 inch screen compared to 6220. On the other hand the N78 has FM transmitter but only 3mp cam and video recording at 15fps only.
Buy the N82. You wont regret.

Nokia sports tracker is a very good application. You can not only use it for tracking your activity like walking, running or cycling but also track your journeys. You can also use it to record the route and view it later to find out how you have travelled or find ways.

i just bought my n82 last month but i face this problem twice already. My pic and my song that i save in my memory card has suddenly lost. 1sst time i thought my fren take it and accidently delete it but the next time when i take pic i open and see still got but want to open again all lost already den i go to see weather my song still ot or not den realise that i just like b4.
any one knw y this happen?

a bit if warning N82 owners:
you should not install to much software application on your device, it will hang and in my case, i wasn't able to text anymore and the Nokia Care center have to reflashed my phone to have it workable again.
save your softwares on memory card. c",
