Its a great phone with all the latest feauture. but i have a problem with it. My Nokia N82 Bluetooth Modem Automatic Disconnect
When i use my nokia n82 as edge modem via bluetooth it disconnect after some time then i have to swith of bluetooth again tun it on to use it as edge modem. . my previous nokia 6233 never disconnect as a bluetooth modem. what is the problem? is anyone having this problem too? some time nokia 82 freez when using as modem.

Let me put to you all this way and the truth:
N82 isnt the Best 5MP.
Its Nokia's Best 5MP
Sony Ericsson K850i is Sony Ericsson's Best 5MP

umair.a.s, 11 Jun 2008the n81's ram is only 96mb whereas n82's is 128mb,so techni... moreYou obviously haven't done enough research. 1st of all the N81 is MUCH faster than N82 mainly due to the 369mhz Freescale CPU its using, meaning most operations like: opening Apps, App Manager, Java apps, multitasking and opening Music and Video the N81 will be much quicker. 2nd of all N78 and N81 support upto 32GB MicroSDHC as well. =) and
3rd not everyone needs Xenon Flash and 5MP, i may be getting N82 soon but i couldn't careless about its Camera,just its GPU is what i want it for, il use my N81 for Music and Ngage.

I've played a movie in my phone (harry potter and the goblet of fire, 899mb)
no problems.. i've tried playing it on the tv and its just as if the phone's a dvd player..=)

I have tried other phones and this.. is totally better..
guys do you know where I can buy 8 or 16 or 32 gig mem cards in the philippines?

Hi,
I can only get this phone in Silver, but much prefer it in BLACK! Has anyone changed their N82's housing?? It seems you can only get housings in black from third party manufacturers but I am unsure of the quality! Can anyone help??

Friends...Iam in deep trouble..Help me..Iam a smartfone maniac and i keep changing mobiles(Nokia only) ona regular basis till i find a better one. But now i want to have a have a fone which i can rely on for the next one year. First i was confused between N78 and N95-1. Nw the reviews and opinions made me stay away from N95. Now iam confused between N82 n its sibling N78. My budget comes just under(350 € or 20k Indian Rupees). I heavily use ma fone for sms, listening 2 music in loudspeaker and for surfing the net using edge(No 3g in India). So please help me out. Thanks!!!

I have this phone for a few days now and I'm telling you, this is the best phone at present. Nokia has thrown all the great features in this phone, including the kitchen sink. It only lacks TV like those in N77 and N92. I am halfway through the mobisodes included in the 2Gig memory card (24 The Series). Great camera, you don't need a separate digital camera anymore because this is the real deal. Great video at 30 fps. Great games. I have downloaded N-GAGE 2.0 games and they are simply fantastic. This will be a classic and iconic Nokia phone. I won't replace this for a long, long time.

this is the best phone until now,at least for me.until this phone i was a SE fan,but this phone is the closest to what a perfect phone would be.

ganu, 09 Jun 2008did yo think that i am taking right Decision selling my N82... moreno!!!!!stop right away.by buying the n78 you'll miss these features:-
.a 5mp camera with powerful xenon flash.
.only 2 gb memory expansion option in n78 whereas n82 has a memory expansion of upto 32gb!
.n78 has only 96 mb ram whereas n82 has 128mb ram.
.n82 has 100mb phone memory.
.no tv out in n78.
