SE XPERIA X1 looks sick! My only real gripe with the N82 is the d-pad and skinny numeric buttons. It gets uncomfortable. May need QWERTY phone to remedy this. Xperia X1 is the perfect compliment to my cameraphone king. Touchscreen w/ high rez too. Hope Nokia blows me away with their S60 touch.

Keep your eyes out on the WMC (world mobile congress) in Barcelona. There are a few announcements already. I hope Nokia can out wit Ericsson release... So far SE has just announced the SE-X1 (sexi) pretty good name. anyways they are hailing as the iPhone killer here in Sweden with all the trimmings of the IPhone including touch screen and qwerty slide keyboard and guess what SE is ditching the SE OS and going for Windows mobile. camera, gps, qwerty, 16mm thick, front buttons look like they are copied from the Nokia Prism

like I said I hope Nokia can come top with their releases so let see. I have a spy over at Barcelona this whole week so I can try and give some more info for you guys!!! OK I'm a Nokia fan. And I am reporting on something that is not Nokia and I know. But there are some of you out there who are interested in mobile handsets its always good to see what the competition has to offer. And this is really a first for SE. They have ditched symbiam UIQ and their own proprietary software. I'll try and give you news from Barcelona first hand.

hehehe...if that so...hhhmmmnnn...maybe you have to turn on the H.I.D Xenon bulb of your car for brighter flash light..ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha......

all these "copycat" allegations...all ideas came from one eureka moment...everything else is a by-product of RnD, or so they say...btw,did SE invent the mobile phone?? thought so...nothing comes original anymore...
silver vs. black...its all a matter of preference...been using my silver bling for 2months now...never looked back on any color...its what it can do that matters...

the color black on N82 makes it look a bit compact in dimension(smaller and sexier)

n82 is greter than n95 because it has xenon flash which the n95 doesnt have it n95 has infrared but n82 doesnt have infrared but u can install infrared on n82 so n82 is better than n95

frst of all.e51 & all e.series cant compete wih n.series.they are way to...well techless.sp their cameras...
2nd tht for watchng movies or anythng in landscape..the speakers are positioned in the best posible way..so n95 speaker seting is not good compared to n82.
and last tht for god sake..Xenon light cant be used as anything else flash.1 ur batery is gona finish in minutes. 2nd tht ur xenon will burn away!so hello grow up and stop asking tht can xenon function as flashlight or ANY LIGHT!there's no light xcept Xenon in n82 & can only b used for taking piks :)

does this phone have a ligth for video recording at night? or just flash light to view in the dark? or just have only the xenon flash for pics?

I own the N82 and i am very impressed with everything it has to offer. If I have only one complaint, its just that the N82 is not as loud as the N95 (which I also own). I love both phones but I seriously think that the position of the speakers on the N82 should be in the same position as the N95 speakers. Having the speakers on each side like the N95 would complete the N82. Overall, Im satisfied with it.

finally gave in and just purchashed one of ebay. 230 quid, im well chuft. should get it tuesday or wednesday
p.s. i prefer the titanium/white over the black
