battery life is excellent just like the n73 rated at 4 hrs talk time but in reality it is 9.5hrs. dont be fooled by SE monkeys.

very good phone. it will be the phone pof the year. look at the scores guys, it has overtaken the k850. smart people knows nokia is the best.

n82 5megapixel w/xenon,but has no 9 picture in one burst,no megabass,no track id,no predictive text input,n82 cant beat the k850 cybershot,,,poor n82 and poor camera technology,and poor baterry life

if you just like this fone because of the huge memmory slot and megapixels,then you are all fool
then its useless because again if you look of the battery pack it cannot handle the phone itself, many regrets in N95 because its battery wont last 20 hrs in moderate use. it will be good if the capacity would be more than 1700 mAh or more

no offense, but nokia is like really stupid. i mean i can name 5 nokia phones that has the same features, only, it's in different (actually, most of the time, almost identical) cases.
like the n95. now they are going to ship an n95 8GB?? how stupid. i mean you can just buy an 8 gb memory card for your n95 and voila, you have the same phone.
unlike other brands like SE and motorola, nokia is too over confident that their phones will sell. like for example, the n73 was like all the rage here in the philippines last january? now when you take out an n73 people are gonna yawn.
unlike when you take out a k800i of SE (which was released november of last year?) you will still get heads to turn, same with the motorola rizy or krzr.

I like the phone but not to fond of the buttons .... i was just wondering is there going to be a music edition in this(I REALLY HOPE SO) and is this louder and better than the nokia n73 music edition(thats what i have got at the moment) i really like the sound on my phone at the moment it is really loud and i was wondering does this even stay at the same level(in sound) it should if it is new...

Wow after being away from this forum for about a week you guys are just like the Swedes and the Finns. Its still a battle Nokia(Finnish) battleing it out with the Ericsson(Swedish) even with this and in history! This phone has a Technical capacity to accept a SDHC card upto 32gig thats massive considering the cards are only available upto 8gig at the moment the possibility is endless. Battery life could be better, but I'm sure Nokia will release a high capacity battery for this phone. This is one sick phone and I cannot want to own this on Monday!!! I'm sorry SE guys but I can't think of one SE phone that can currently touch N82 on features and capabilities. And I'm and SE owner myself! I am currently visiting the UK and have been asking around about this phone. O2 is the most likely operator but there is no RRP at the moment. In Sweden the N82 is cheaper than the N95 8gig. the phone design looks like a brick to a pocket, and the keypad man so ugly small, man if your a dwarf then its for you, but average size thumbs cannot deal with eat
AND the battery give me a break all nokia phones with 16M color display cannot last in a day, from the models of 6300 to n95 their battery is a bad bad thing

For me k850 is the worst phone i've ever seen. Pls dont compare N82 With stupid phones like k850 coz even N73 is much better as it's symbian S60 OS.

I have, its a fine phone, BUT THE DESIGN ON THE KEYPAD IS NOT GOOD AT ALL..it also feels quite big & clumsy
like i said before..about 2 days i own N82, i have allready order it...comes on Monday (but my k850 i still more beatiful)

i dont understand why all se lovers are going all mumbo jumbo over this phone.Question to all se lovers 'are you guys afraid?'.
And one more thing it really doesn't matter wat a guy from se says anything about an se fon to praise it,because remember wat Steve jobs said about apple iphone that it will be revelution in the mobile world,well wat a revelution that was!!that damn thing does not even have normal featurs of a phone.

It´s look fine but how do the quality of the materials feel? Is it metalfinish like Nokia N95? The keys dont look så nice, how are they in use?

yes, i know k850 dosent have gps & wlan...but hey, it have 9 h talktime...(N82 have 4 h..eeehhhh)..look at the battery blogg about N82..its terrible...remember, HE SHUT THE PHONE OFF THE ENTIRY NIGHT....i never do that with my k850.

im planing to buy this N82 because thats the only Nokia phone i like,( i would NEVER buy N95 (silver) its horrible..
if i buy N82 i will never sell my k850...k850 have still things N82 NEVER will have.
like....full size wallpaper, flash themes..much better mediaplayer (walkman 3.0 + Megabass)...much faster UI...etc
and k850 take much better flash, indoor pictures...YES, i have compare both phones, N82 flash pictures have unreal colors..so thats not so good :(
but still i nice phone except for the battery & that it cant stand by it self

i still like the K850i
and yes im a SE fan and a Nokia Fan!!
both companies are A1 BEST in the industry
N82 just has features K850i has the features with accesories for e.g K850i can have GPS with a Clip on Accessorie same with the other things
please bring Peace between SE and Nokia
there both companies with there own Right of way !
