This phone is Brillant you dont need touchscreen it just messes up the screen

Well i was thinking about buying the n79, but i think i'll go for the n85, it will be my first N series slide phone... I'm really impressed by its features edges out my previous N82 i think... I'm buyin the N85, and my friend is buying the N96. We are really eager to compare them, I think i will have a much better display though with the LED technology in the n85. Everything else is basically the same. The N96 is a bit larger but with that comes a .2 inch display increase. I think the N85 will be able to edge it out though... it is smaller and looks a bit neater as well. i'll comment again when i buy it in a couple months

At the same nokia is making other phones like n78, n79, n82 score slightly worse in the rmaa tests, yet make them sound good through the earphones. Remember how some reviews said n78 sounded the same as the n81? Yet the audio quality tests gave a completely different story.

I... morewhy do ipod shuffle, ipod nano, ipod mini, ipod classic, and ipod video look very much the same? and so do iphone, iphone 3g and ipod touch? that's the same with n81, n96, n85, n78. they have the same design pattern because they are phone models under one brand. got it?

N85 is good but it is a usual copy taken from n95 and 96. I dont know why nokia want hire a new designer the whole world is sick of their usual varieties. I like their n93i, a real a spiritual phone. But i wish if it hav features like wifi & 5mpxl cam etc

Do any of them sound louder ... moren85 is louder than the two nokias you mentioned through headphones ,ive not had hold of n79 yet i heard that is slightly worse than n85.basicialy n85 sound quality is virtually identical to n78 in loudness and quality,n81 sounds a lot better than n85

Chaitanya, 22 Sep 2008WAT !!!!!!! i hope this is not true !its tru,ive tested1 against my n91 my n81 and n78 ,n85 is no better than n81 in audio quality ,oh and yes ive read the rmma results and yes they do beet the n81,but rmma is not 100%acurate.and to all the noobs who dont belive ive tested the n85 sound quality in headphones ,wait until its finnaly released,and you will then know im right,im not saying its bad ,its just not nearly as loud as the n81 and sq is blatenly on par with n78.i would have bought n85 when i read the good rmma results,but im dissapointed that the n81 sucessor has worse quality audio.and no the n85 i tested was not faulty,im sticking with my trusty n91
