To all the people who have the most recent software version 30.019 please try to create new profiles other than General, Silent, Meeting, etc... and send your feedback whether it works or not.

Ayman, 15 Jul 2009I've recently upgraded my software to version 30.019 dated ... morei dunno but maybe it could be that the light sensor is sensing daylight, therefore not prompting it to light up in efforts to save the battery. I could be wrong

I've recently upgraded my software to version 30.019 dated 11-06-2009, after the upgrade I realized that I couldn't create any new profiles, also the backlight of the Numeric pad used to light up only occasionally!
For every 20 times of opening the slider, the numeric pad lights once approximately!!
Is anyone facing the same problem? Any suggested solution?
I tried restarting the phone several times and taking out the memory card, also tried formatting the phone memory, but no use! please help.
