very satisfied,the gps sometimes works inside the house!!! the wifi no comments!!!,ngage and multimedia very good,battery owww!!,amoled good!!only speakers could be a litle better.when you push it a lot sometimes it may hang up but ok its a nokia you know it,but you have so many things in your hand,even a cpu could hang up.i also like n96 but i got n85 because of the battery

This fone has made my life hell..dont buy it if u havent..it is full of hardwre problem..its been 4 months i've used this fone nokia has alreaDY replaced it twice but the problem still persists..i've been a big fan of N series but this fone sucks..

I just bought this phone a week ago. Even when charged fully, it stats getting drained next morning. Whihc is unlikely in case of N73 which is two years old. I think battery should last atleast 120 hours on standby ? Please comment on battery.

This is a really nice phone, it's got a lot of great functions however, there always seems to be some kind of fault.
The first time I got it, it would reset the date sometimes when an alarm would go off.
I got it replaced and now the replacement re-starts when I get a text message and I slide it open.

and i think rock n roll is the software which works like nokmote, not rotateME.. rock n roll controls the movement/navigation of the cursor on tilting the phone..nyways, rock n scroll/roll, iv already tried that..that too is not working..
and only one motion sensor/accel game is out for FP2 devices..dats marble maze.. u know any more.?? (which uv tried)

Sudheer, 16 Apr 2009How can I mute the N85 camera shutter sound..?? I am not ab... morecan't mute camera shutter w/o h@cking ur phone m8, at least as far as i know. if you do decide to "ox" though... there are ways to shut off the red-video recording light as well as mute camera shutter.

husi, 15 Apr 2009i bought this phone 5 days ago.. loving it.. very cool.. an... moren85 is symbian 9.3, or s60-3rd, feature pack 2. it uses a new method for interfacing with the accelerometer. n95 needs the rdaccelerometer.dll plug-in but n85 and n96 and other fp2 phones use fw interface (maybe firmware... maybe framework... not sure) anyways the point is that the symbian apps need to be written to use the new interface, look for updates m8, samir (creator of nokmote) has some good accel- based games @ www(dot)aikonlab(dot)com, rock-n-scroll new versions work great. and i dont think you really need rotateme, check settings->general->sensor settings->auto-rotate display ;) only rotates 90 and then back though... rock-n-scroll allows 270.. just not upside down. hope this helps.

Yehya, 17 Apr 2009i would like to know which screen is better Nokia N85 or N9... morenever seen the n96 screen in real life, but n85 screen is AWESOME. not plasma... AMOLED, organic LED. needs less juice to power, translates into better battery life. It is un-rivaled in producing black color because it simply does not light up those pixels. i love it.
