josh, 26 Jan 2010its an amazing camera phone eh? you would think that this i... morethx josh really it takes brilliant shots
my advice to everyone
1) be still while shooting
2) try to change the white balance in shots there is various colors of illumination if only u r not satisfied with the automated balance...
3) In far landscapes turn the ---flash OFF--- u will be amazed with the difference !! belive me :))

Black Bird, 26 Jan 2010Nice pic man. Recently i did some photos comparision with m... moresure u wont get a perfect 100% shots in a phone sure digital cameras will outperform a mobile phone ... but the n86 will outperform all mobiles in the market ...
till now i took thousands of shots with all brands u could think of all Landscapes the n86 wins with a far margin
only portraits and some close ups a xenon flash may win for the freezing action
but no phone can take a shot like the n86 the combination of colors sharpeness accurate color rendering = N86 ... am glad :)))

sea-breeze, 26 Jan 2010Again N86 v21 no Camera Phone Could Ever Outperform That A... moreNice pic man. Recently i did some photos comparision with my n86 n my friend's digital cameras. The day shots of n86 were brighter than d digicams. N wat shocked them was the evening landscape photos of n86. It looked as if it was morning. i couldn't believe how my n86's pics were better than their dedicated digital cameras (all are 8 megapixel). Wow man!!! It really put some digi cams to real shame. But my n86 lost some points at night shots.

N on alpha-numeric keys i laminated them by putting small(equal to the key sized) n the back cover by size more than this cover then slightly heated only cover (pul it out frm ph)n strech d film on its corners to make curve n then extra film shud b removed by cutting them by surgical blade No. 11.

This typ of lamination usualy done here in India nw a day since last 1 yr at any mob shop n they charge according to the cost of mob ie. Abt 30 to 60 INR n by buying the whole sheet u can do that 15-20 tyms bt with a fine hand like an artist or a surgeon hahaha...

Anonymous, 26 Jan 2010You guys talking about dust under the screen....did u mean ... moreNo, we are not talking about dust under the plastic, we are talking about the dust under the screen. Maybe it enters from the sideways. The screen is not sealed properly.

You guys talking about dust under the screen....did u mean that dust gets under the screen such that you can't do anything to remove it? Or is the dust just under that plastic film covering the screen, which can be wiped off after removing the film. Somebody please clarify.

Did u do lamination on both the front and back side? I also haven't removed the plastic on the surface. But i think the dust enters from sideways through small holes.. Really annoying. Mine is 1 month old.

the kick stand is so fragile haaaaaaa voids the warranty if i change the faceplates haaaaaa send it to them they charge you but its on the waranty haa:)

@Dr. Bidhan- Can u explain further how this "lamination" works??? Im curious and i thnk so is evryone here... BTW I bought my WHITE N*^ on nov. 17 2009... Still great and looks new coz of the camera pouch.. :)
@Blackbird- Zagg invinsible sheild is a full body protector for phones. For me its quite expensive but they say its military grade that prevents damage to any phone.. try to google it :)

I jst laminated it myself wid cold lamination paper (costs only 30/- d whole sheet 0.5m long) n finishing done wid surgical blade n believe me its amazing nobody cn find it laminated front as well as d back. Try this it will work.i hv bn using my N86 white since 16th Nov 09. HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY TO ALL

Ever since i bought my phone and cannot afford to buy the Zagg shield, I placed it inside a camera cloth pouch which was a great decision after all. and after hearing comments about dust settling inside,, Im lucky i dont have any visible dust in my phone's screen... I did not even removed the screen protoctor that came with it... :)

I cant download thye noki maps 3 for e52.. It detects my phone when i try to. Im using the internet on my phone to download it... Help pls...
